Dirty , requested toliet fixed for two days, nothing happened, did not move to new room , smelled of marijuana constantly, it’s a getto hotel, choice hotels are trash , will never stay in there garbage hotels ever again,

It says online that they're pet friendly, but when we got there the front desk informed us that they no longer were. They thankfully worked with us since we've stayed with them afew times before. I'm sad we may have to find a new place to stay when visiting family in the area because of our little dog.

Staff was super amazing and even helped us search for our daughter's lost phone. We've stayed here a few times and staff have always appeared to be in a good mood. The place was super clean and breakfast was good.

Smelled like cigarettes in the room. Room wasn’t completely clean. Vending machines were broken and the laundry facilities were broken as well. The lights in the bathroom sometimes wouldn’t come on, had to turn it on and off multiple times for it to actually work.

Didn’t eat breakfast. The overall location of the hotel was great. A lot of different places to eat within 5-10 mins away from the hotel.

This hotel seems to have some very sketchy activity going on, lots of people hanging in the parking lot, several shady characters coming in going to front desk “to get something” then leaving. Rooms around me were very noisy all night. Didn’t feel comfortable at all and was worried about my vehicle getting broken into.

This hotel is very convenient to dining and shopping.

Ice machine broken on 1st floor. Had to go to 3rd floor Not enough towels etc for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Only 1 bath towel each, 1 wash cloth each as well. The bathroom sink needed to have some drano in it. Ran very very slow,and backed up fast The outside was very littered with cigarette butts, even though it said no smoking in that area.Saturday morning the garbage can was jammed with garbage sitting on sidewalk.Lamp plugs kept falling out of wall sockets. 2 lamps actually

Housekeeping just walking in my room. Didn't even give me time to get to the door.

The last day about 9:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door. I was getting out of bed to go answer it and someone just walked in. I know check out wasn't until noon. So I was not happy but about that. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Definitely over priced though

Need to fix the room. Air vent cover in the bathroom was wide open. Bathroom door lock was broken, i got stock in there . Room was for 2 people and only 1 cop for coffee.

Very inviting environment! Front desk staff was very respectful and kind. was in town for a concert and even through the high volume of guests, they found a way to make each guest feel like a priority!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

The rooms room was dirty and smelt like mold. We had to cancel the reservation as the condition was appalling. I couldn't have been able to find myself staying in that room for a minute.

We stayed 3 nights and 2 of the 3 nights we had no TV. Couldn't get the staff to help us. Kept telling us they would be up shortly and by 10:15pm, someone finally cake up and still couldn't get it working. Was supposed to come back up and never did. Paid almost $350 and had no tv

cleanest hotel I’ve EVER been to!! didn’t smell any weed anywhere and the whole place smelled like clean laundry. beds were comfy and rooms were immaculate.

The elevator had chicken bones on the floor, and the flooring was coming up. There was trash outside the side door overflowing.
