Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe housekeeper that was very rude when I ask for trash bags and were I could put my trash. We found some trash in the mini fridge but it was in the back so they might not have noticed it. The pool was closed for maintenance for a long time in the morning for cleaning and maintenance but that was understandable beings the hotel was full.
Loved the view and most of the employee's were friendly. Check in and out was easy and the front desk employee's very helpful and kind.

United StatesBreakfast was very disappointing. The pancake machine was out of order. I was really looking forward to having pancakes, and then it was out of order. I did not like cheese omelets or the other egg bite things. Simple scrambled eggs or "over easy eggs" would have been my choice. I would have liked other flavor choices of coffee creamers, like carmel macchiato or irish creme, but french vanilla was the only flavor choice.
Comfy beds, great pillows. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The hotel was very very clean. Great location. The staff was very friendly. Smiling faces greeted me every time I passed the front desk.

United StatesKids were disappointed that the pancake maker wasn't working. Would have loved to have at least a bottle or 2 of water free in the room. That's always a nice perk. Price was pretty high.
Breakfast was great and a helpful bonus. Room was comfortable and good size for a family of 4. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
