I wish they would have put my husband and I on the same floor as my son and his wife were on. They did know we were a family.

My husband and I stayed in one room and our son and daughter in law was in another and we both loved our rooms. The breakfast was wonderful since we had an early graduation for our granddaughter from the college. Everything was very good except we wish we would have been put on the same floor so we could have visited together more.

Breakfast was ok, but definitely seemed to have been made way ahead of time and left in warmers, so it didn’t seem fresh. Pancake machine wasn’t working right, so my little girls didn’t get the pancakes they were looking forward to. Would recommend taking some queues from La Quinta who have a great morning breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, proteins such as sausage don’t seem to have been in a warmer for hours, and they have waffle makers that allow us some control over making them instead of depending on a mechanical device.

The only fruit available was a basket of apples (which was fine with me, but I heard others complaining). I was thinking that perhaps other varieties were available earlier before we made it to the breakfast room. During my travel experiences I have noticed that people often grab a piece of fruit (or two) to snack on later in the day. To me this is always a nice little inexpensive way for the hotel brand to keep their guests happy.

Awesome breakfast! Great variety of freshly prepared hot foods including sausage, bacon, eggs, etc., and beverage...coffee, milks, and juices. The best cinnamon rolls (they went so fast, but were immediately replaced with fresh batches). Toast and waffles were also available. In other words a great full meal deal :). My young granddaughter and I fully enjoyed our breakfast before heading out to a local trampoline park!

To me all I could tell was another bench out front to sit cause I'm a smoker.

For this whole 3-night stay the swimming pool was mostly closed. They need a coffee dispenser all day and night. They didn't care for the $285 booking.com already took from me and charged me for the full amount

I loved the breakfast and also the room. clean fasciitis’s and they immediately take care of issues. upon arrival there wasn't any hot water but that was sorted out.

I booked through booking.com and was charged $238 and again full amount at Holiday In. the lady said it's a third party and have to sort it out with booking.com she wasnt much of a help.

no complaints I actually got to check in early with no issues or extra fees. I wasn't sure if the attendant was just being nice or if they didnt have a early check in fee. so be kind to staff you never know what they may do for you.

my room was fresh and clean the staff was friendly and helpful they had a microwave in the room and a nice size mini fridge u could put a few togo containers in. they have a tub and a shower. fitness room was clean. didnt go to the pool though
