Breakfast room too small. Decor looked “tired”. Some of the rooms smelled musty.

Location was great for our group needs. Only 15 minutes from our golf tournament and very close to Madison and airport. Stay was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very damp room that had a dehumidifier in it??? Luckily I am someone who knows about this and could empty the collection bucket often. And I mean often. Every 6-8 hours we needed to do this. If not it would beep in the middle of the night while trying to sleep.

Breakfast was very good and well tended. All staff was kind and helpful.

When checking in, the GM misgendered me. He was very loud and I don't think I was even able to speak with the person actually helping me because he kept interjecting and speaking over everyone. I'm sure he's fine but it was pretty annoying.

The room had great amenities, was super clean, and was a good price! I didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled like a classic continental.

1): The tub was EXTREMELY slippery. We had to put a towel down in the tub while showering to prevent a possible fall. NOTE: This is a safety hazard and should be dealt with as soon as possible. 2): The dehumidifier is a nice touch, but the tank was a bit over half full of water when we arrived. I emptied it. Also, the air filter on the back of the unit was extremely dusty. I would have cleaned it, but the filter was taped on. It is apparent that some training in maintenance of this unit is needed. I reported it to the front desk before leaving. 3: It would be nice if the opaque curtain could be closed to block out sunlight in the early morning.

1): The breakfast was above average in comparison to other places we stay. 2): The beds were very comfortable. 3): Cleanliness was good. Better than other places we stay at.

The room Coffee was not good, the TV is a bit small for the room or maybe a bit to far from the bed ( or I just need new glasses). Bathroom was clean however, the faucet was not working properly and the wall paper is starting to peel off.

I love the bed King size and soooo comfortable. Breakfast was great as well, good variety and you could take to go as well, no limit for all those good eater. Located about 40 from Devil's Lake, in the Deforest town. Although the Thermostat was not working (note included) the room was nice and cool

it was very dated and a bit drab. our key cards did not work properly and had to wait at least a half an hour before we could enter our room. Had to have key card reprogrammed halfway into our stay as well.

Only thing was the first day was Our fault but 2nd day Our room didnt get cleaned and we had to keep getting towels and both garbage cans overflowing!
