The food quality definitely needs some work.. Also, the food service workers were not very amenable to helping with much. Aside from breakfast though, everyone was helpful and friendly and the service was excellent.

I thought I booked a king bed that also had a sleeper sofa but room was only a King, so quite smaller than I anticipated. I also wasn't aware we had to ask to have room cleaned but staff was great in getting me extra towels.

Location was perfect; serving breakfast until 10 was a pleasant surprise too.

Hole in floor by microwave is very dangerous . (Has a 1/2 floor tile over it )End tables dirty Microwave and alarm radio unplugged from wall. Dirty lamps . The hallway to the room had uneven flooring under carpet . The elevator scared me that we decided to use the stairs after trying both elevators.

eggs and sausage were too cold and kcup coffee maker in room did not work at all. hallway in front of elevators is waaaay too narrow for guest to exit and enter the elevators at the same time.

The food was ok. And there needs to be more signage telling where the ice machines are.

I was in town for a conference at the Wellington conference center and this was close and cheaper than the hotel that was selected by the organization, even with the group discount.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. I woke up both days with so much back pain that I was unable to do a lot of things I had planned.

The elevator was broke for most of my stay. I had to use the stair to get to my third floor room. There was a constant smell of marijuana on the third floor. The staff at the hotel knew about it. I don't think it was a customer since according to hotel staff this has been a continuing problem.

I explained above. It would have been so much better for me if I could have paid regular rate.

I am not a rich person and was in town to watch my grandkids play in a baseball tournament in Indy. Due to it being "Father's Day weekend", the price was extremely high and way out of my budget. I went into debt on a credit card that I will be paying on for quite some time now because of the high rates for that particular weekend. I wouldn't take it back for the world because my grandsons will not be young for long. I only wish I didn't have to go into debt so much just because the weekend was an "event" weekend. That's what your staff told me.

There was a significant mistake made by staff; however, it was handled in a professional and reassuring manner with an apology. Staff owned up to it, apologized for it, and demonstrated concern. Thank you!

Staff was wonderful! The front desk and the cook were both phenomenal people! Breakfast was above and beyond and the cinnamon rolls were among the best I’ve ever had. Staff took an interest in making sure our visit went well.

The shower, toilet area seemed unclean, dirty grout, drain, lower walls and trim, esp near the shower.

Big room, comfortable bed, sink area in bath room was nice, liked that the heating/cooling unit had a constant fan option available
