There was a great location. The staff when I checked in, went out of their way to be informative and friendly.

The room we reserved was given away and we were were also put in a room next to a safety door that banged most of the night as people went in and out.

The beds weren't very comfortable and I wouldn't recommend the continental breakfast (free). Good thing there was a Panera Bread across the street.

It was conveniently located to the cruise port and shops in the vicinity. The room was okay, spacious and clean but a little outdated.

Pricey for one night, shuttle service from airport was free but a long wait.

We reserved a shuttle and it didn’t even come . We took holiday in shuttle and was not holiday in express shuttle and we end up to take two taxi to get the hotel .

The pillows were uncomfortable. What was really bad was that when you checked and they didn't have a room ready, they had no means to tell you when one became ready, even though they said they would, and you had to keep going back to ask. Check in was very slow for many people and some took up to half an hour. It was an interminable wait to get your room.

The room had been updated and fixtures were in very good condition.

lobby appeared to be a little " runned down " however room was beautiful and clean! elevators in the parking garage don't work you have to use very specific ones???

breakfast was ok not the best selections on the day we were there had no like regular scrambled eggs just like omelets??? The location is awesome if you're pre/post cruise we were like 2 minutes from port!

Our room was dated and felt not clean (it seemed that the linens hadn't changed). maybe they rushed to give us an early check in but the breakfast area floor was sticky so I guess the cleaning overall wasn’t great). Some of the lights weren’t working and the shower was very weak. Free breakfast is terrible - very few choices (most options run out) and the taste is awful. We ended up having breakfast in the nearest cafe. Airport shuttle - The AC in the van wasn’t working, the driver wasn’t driving safely (talked on the phone without hands-free, and didn’t indicate turns).

The staff were very nice and even offered us an early check-in. The hotel has a great location and that’s about it.

The bathroom didn't have a proper light. Only the "lighted mirror" worked, but was hugely dim.

The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a desk that pulled out - also acted as a table. Breakfast was decent.
