Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe outside hang out Area could of had a little more or at least mosquitoes repellent of some sort specially since it is right in front of the lake. The gym was very very small. However, the thing that bothered me the most was one of th check in staff. I can't remember her name. Didn't answer to my "good afternoon," ignore when she made eye contact with me and I asked if check in with her, her co-worker Colleen took care of us, she was very respectful and friendly. But her co-worker was so disrespectful to get in between our conversations just to tell me I was wrong about an early check in and continue to interrupt me when I was talking to Colleen.
The pool was clean and maintained, hotel was clean as well too. Rooms over all with bathrooms very well maintained and spacious. We were very happy.

United StatesThe hot urn did not work, we always had to ask someone to get us hot water for the tea. I did not like to pay for bottle water $2.50 a bottle. The water fountains were not working and there was nowhere to get filtered water. Water.and hot water should not be a problem in a hotel.
We are on a kosher diet so we're able to have the banana, oatmeal, and peanut butter

United States***Safety Issue*** The tube/shower had no handholds after your were in the shower. The tub/shower were all white (no visual clues as to your position) with a nice bright light above the shower/tub, however there was nothing to hold on to while your were bending down to try to clean your legs and your feet. Every shower that I have been in has some sort of shelf, handle, recess, hand hold. Your shower has complete flat sides. Your front desk suggested that I should reserve a handicap unit - not acceptable!! Your company will be confronted with some sort of lawsuit, because of someone slipping and falling and getting injured because of the lack of an inexpensive handhold. Just ask some personal safety qualified engineer. The other non-safety issue is the shower head...it is mounted at the 6.5 to 7 ft. level and is quite ineffective in rinsing your whole body. This nozzle needs to be a combination fixed/hand held unit. Anyone thinking that these items are insignificant should be required to use them to get a real feel for what matters. I've stayed in your hotel a few times, and the one other pet peeve that I have is the noise from the HVAC room unit. Your design engineers should be required to pay some attention to the noise levels of these units. The noise should be measured and quantified with fixed limits. Your is hotel is located in a reasonably quite area and the rooms are quiet and well insulated from adjacent rooms but, when the HVAC unit fans and compressor comes on, they are so loud that your have to turn up the TV and talk louder and at times wake you up while your are sleeping. The fans should be variable speed and ram up slowly as required to cool the room. Quality Engineering is IMPORTANT and matters.
The location is good, just off the interstate in a relatively quiet area and in close proximity to numerous businesses/schools/neighborhoods. Room #124 - Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne Area - New Jersey
