The room was not very clean, my son wanted a bath but the tub was very dirty so I didn't dare. The pool was nice good temp and clean, the bed was very uncomfortable and the person above us was very loud all night long even after asking the desk to ask if they could quite down. I don't think they ever said anything. Breakfast was really good though!

I felt like the quality for what I paid was just not there. The rooms and facility are getting dated and I paid a premium rate. There is a new hotel facility close and the rates are only slightly more and the facility is new with larger rooms and updated bathrooms etc.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and had a great variety. The location was suitable for why we were there. I liked that the pool opened early and was open all day.

Some guy got locked out of his room by his travel companion and was banging on the door and pleading to be let in at 4:00 in the morning.

I think the cost was a bit much for the area. We booked it because my son lives in Richmond.

The one thing that I did not like is the price match policy, because I had found a better price but could not screen shot and therefore save the $ 300 + dollars from hopper over priceline, at a time when those dollars are truly needed.

Breakfast was adequate, taste average and editable, wish the bacon was served everyday. Selection was good, as far as items to choose from. Good job overall, kept clean and filled. Room service as far as cleaning was kept on top of.

Only 2 issues, we had room on first floor down by pool and gym and exit door, so all night long we heard the door slamming so did not get a good night's rest and there was a slight smell in hallway, we think from the pool area.

location easy to get to and plenty around it and close to the downtown area which is wonderful.. Breakfast was awesome, fresh blueberries in pancakes, egg whites omelets, and almond milk offered and gf items as well as standard items, lots of options and variety. The employers were great, i would mention their name but no name tags to give a shout out to. the guy at check in was helpful with local info and the woman running the breakfast shift by herself was great and very friendly. room was very clean and bed was comfy.

our room didn’t get serviced and we were out all day and came back to a dirty room. shouldn’t need to throw our dirty stuff in the hallway just to make sure we get clean stuff.

It was a bit embarrassing standing around for 15 minutes in front of family and friends that were all there for a wedding at 4pm check-in was at 3pm 30 minutes away. All there information was right there when they arrive.

The front desk took good care of me when I got there and they had no information on my reservation. Apparently information from Booking.com was not sent.

The rugs were old and not clean. The carpets in the hallway were all stained badly and the smell in the room was really overpowering to hide the pet smells.

The Bed was actually quite comfortable and Breakfast was decent too. Nice and close to the stores and right next door to the NH State Liquor Store was nice too.
