Our room sink was cracked, the toilet moved, the desk light didn't work the carpet in front of the heater/air conditioner was wet. The bathroom door at the bottom was terrible it looked like some took a scraper to it.

Chelsea made breakfast every day and it was delicious! The pool was warm, the workout area was nice and clean. 95% of the staff were extremely nice.

They had almond milk for my cereal but mediocre biscuits. Good running route down to River road along the Susquehanna. Nice late night front desk staff that upgraded us to King suite when our first room smelled bad.

There was a wet carpet/floor smell when I woke up. It was raining and I stayed on the first floor. I think the smell from the wet carpet from the hallway just seeped into the room.

Everything was good. I was looking forward to a waffle breakfast, but it wasn't available. Everything was substantial though. Bed was made well. Restroom was clean.

The room air conditioner was not very cold, even on highway it wouldn’t go. It was an older model air conditioner.

Room smelled a little musty. The bed springs were broken on one of the beds. I advised the hotel and they indicated they would switch out the mattress.

Late night checkin went very quickly. They were aware of my dog traveling with us.

Map on their website was inaccurate due to road construction and when I called the front desk late at night they were unable to give me directions! This location is in a semi-rural area and it look awhile to find a gas station for directions.

Housekeeping staff was helpful when I had a problem with my room key.

The food in the "hot" breakfast buffet was cold. The mini fridge in our room was rattling the entire time. I should've said something about it, but we just unplugged it at night to sleep.

It's in a good location, relatively close to local things that I needed to get to. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

Our bathroom was not cleaned very well -or at all? - beforehand (there was body hair in the floor and in the toilet bowl.)

I liked that it was pet friendly, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating.

An error was made when assigned a room, which was already occupied, by another guest. This was quickly remedied, but the initial walking into an occupied room was a turn off. Another turn off was we had 2 adults and 2 children, with only towels for 2 persons. Extra should have been provided, without us needing to ask for them.

The room was cool when we arrived. The cable and internet worked along with the refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfy. And the youngest found the corded telephone, fun to play with. We needed to unplug it.

The outside door needed repair. It seems as though the key card to get in and out of the building had been disabled and one could simply pull the door open to gain access to the building. I brought it to Sharon’s attention. She then saw the issue and brought it to another team member’s attention who was on the same shift. There was nothing that they could do to fix it at that time. I hope it gets fixed. I would think it would be a security issue for the building.

The location to my family. The property allowed dogs. My father is a veteran & needs his service dog. Their was an outside door near our room that gave him easy access to take the dog out.

Our room wasn’t what I picked and wasn’t very clean there was like chemical residue all over the tub like it was sprayed and just left to dry there was pea on underneath of toilet bowl there was a dirty tampon in our trash bin the toilet leaked and was clogged every time we used it the sink was dirty dust on everything the pool looked like there was scum on the water like needed chemical treatment dirty bandages in the pool area on edge of pool water could have been warmer. Beds need to be rotated there’s a dip in mattresses

Breakfast was okay. The pancakes needed the bag replaced. We asked and it probably took over 30 mins to replace. But otherwise, it was okay. Staff were very friendly.
