Just awful breakfast but this is a problem of all hotels in US. I do not understand how people can survive eating such an awful food.

Good and comfortable bed. Room had everything needed for 1 night stay. There is free shuttle bus from/to LAX airport. Communication is easy and on the next day the driver dropped us near car rental spot which saved us time. We were very grateful to such flexibility as in LAX airport car rentals are far from airport and you need to use their separate shuttles to get there.

The hallway going to the rooms have very dim lighting. The smell as well needs improvement.

We only stayed for one night, breakfast is basically the same with the other Holiday Inn hotel we stayed in another state. Location is near the airport which was the main reason why I booked this hotel.

the area around is a bit sketchy, getting there by public transport can be dangerous the breakfast starts at 6.30, the shuttle bus leaves at 6.30 or 7, would be nice to have breakfast starting at 6.15, so customers can have a quick breakfast before taking the shuttle...

the hotel is very near the airport they offer free shuttle every 30 minutes. big rooms with comfy beds.

Eating options were very limited. A fast food burger joint across a busy street and a marginal steak place around the block. We walked to the latter but it felt a little sketchy. Past a 7/11 playing opera music to discourage vagrants.

It provided shuttle service to the LAX airport which we needed for an early flight.

stay in the hotel was really good. quite spacious room, comfortable beds, pool, good breakfast. they offered free shuttle to the airport.

Breakfast was disgusting and poor. Disposable plates and plastic knives that bend when trying to use them. Horrible dry eggs. I expected so much more.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. The staff was helpful, as they were able to lend us a luggage cart and a scale to weigh our luggage. Parking was free. The place was a few minutes away from the airport and the car rental.

No complaints, except maybe for some reason there was only one large towel in the bathroom for two adults so had to ask for another one but it was no problem getting one.

Really nice and clean, safe parking, close to the Kia Forum, pool and hot tub, and good free breakfast! Good Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap in large bottles in the bathroom.

There was a truck parked on my side of the building, playing loud tejano music. Should have an employee. Walk the property to ensure quiet environment at all times for guest comfort.

Greeted immediately upon entering Asked for wake up call, front office noted it immediately, info for shuttle service to airport was simple and the room was very nice and comfortable. Room design was well-thought out. Generous , well -lit bathroom mirror for makeup application, hooks on the wall to hang clothing, and micro, fridge and coffee maker avail in room. Could use better coffee.

Breakfast is included in the price but we had an early flight out of LAX and had to leave before breakfast even started. We asked if they could do anything for us in lieu of breakfast but the person who checked us in was completely unsympathetic. The person at the desk when we checked out in the morning was *slightly* more accommodating: he got us two bananas. Surely this is a common occurrence and you would think they would have something for guests who need to check out before breakfast starts (example: a muffin and juice)! After all, the breakfast is included in the price for the stay.

Everything was very good

Perfect location to take a flight next day, delicious breakfast, staff was really helpful and kind. Rooms are correct, beds really comfortable, bedrooms need to be renovated but they are good, it has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and more. Free a shuttle to the airport, big plus !!!

Spent a night hour on the parking lot because of a small fire in the hotel laundry, and smell of smoke was in the room for the rest of the stay. The hotel should have offered some compliments besides a bottle of water.

Breakfast was good for a US hotel (in Europe it would be considered poor for this hotel category). Parking is easy and parking lot has enough space. Very good location for LAX airport car rentals.
