I really liked the hotel overall but there were two small things that brought it down to an 8. First, the air conditioning didn’t smell great but it was okay and worked well. And second, only one of the two elevators was working and it ran veryyyyy slow. It was a running joke between the guests as you all stood around waiting for it. You had to plan extra time in your schedule to account for the elevator wait. But overall,!8 really did enjoy my stay!

It was a great location, and the airport shuttle service was timely and helpful. The cleaning staff was excellent, the water pressure was great, and the room was really quiet (couldn’t hear other rooms or airport traffic).

- the cleaning ladies started shouting early in the morning in front of our room - the method for getting the free shuttle from the airport should be a little improved, I couldn’t call from my phone so I needed to borrow someone else’s phone at the airport. Maybe use whatsapp or something that involves the internet

Breakfast was average. We had some confusion with the shuttle service as there is a similar one, we didn't get any details or confirmation what was the correct shuttle for our hotel so we ended up in the wrong hotel.

Free shuttle service LAX-Hotel-LAX is very convenient, runs every 30 mins. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is very good and shops/restaurants/coffee shops are about 10 mins walk from hotel.

The air conditioner was so loud I had a hard time falling asleep. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Good location, next to a 7 eleven and a McDonald's. There is a shuttle to the terminal that goes out every 30 minutes. The room was large and clean. There is free parking.

- Towels were very old and torn at the edges (I wonder how the hotel inspection would allow such towels to be used for guests) - The shuttle bus took a long time to pick up from the airport. All kinds of hotel buses keep coming and going, and this hotel bus took more than half an hour. - The exercise treadmill is not working. - No laundry room at the hotel. - Two elevators but very SLOW.

Liked everything

It is a nice close location to the LAX airport. The airport shuttle was very helpful. We were able to return our rental car the day before our flight. There is a nice restaurant next door.

No place / options to dinner inside the hotel need to go outside and the options / restaurants near the hotel were very poor. Some noise during the night.

The goal was to rest between layover. Good shuttle service. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was adequate, but that was all. Maybe it could start earlier than 0630 as many guests are likely to be required to report early to LAX.

The premises are easily accessible to and from the airport and rental car agencies. A 24 shuttle service to and from the airport provides convenient transport. The staff are pleasant and professional. The room was good for what we needed. Overnight. There are many food retailers within easy walking distance. We rebooked for our return. Ideal option.
