I went after they had gotten a good amount of snow. In that area, I expect that the driveway and sidewalks should be cleared and safe. The driveway was solid ice and unsafe.

Great area: restaurants, gas stations, access to HWY, all great. Rooms have been updated and breakfast area was great.

The first item was at the front desk. It took 10 minutes to check in. We had a prepaid reservation, and the clerk had quite a bit of trouble finding it. The second item was the folks staying across the hall. Apparently, as a general rule, things are supposed to be quiet at 10 pm. I was rudely awakened at 1115 pm.They were in room 128. I informed the clerk. She did not follow me down the hall to hear them. I felt brushed off by her. I knocked on the door twice, and they finally settled down. My only complaint is the clerk did not do her job by immediately following me down the hall to address the problem. I should not have had to knock on their door to resolve the situation.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! The best part, though, was the location. Right on the corner of 55 and 494, it was such a convenient location for us to get around Minneapolis and the west suburbs.

We booked the motel online and got a confirmation. When we arrived at the motel it had not been received by the motel so we had to check in through the clerk. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry and not too tired. The walls were a little thin could hear people coughing and talking in the next room

Good assortment of hot food for breakfast. We like the location it was near a pub that we really enjoyed after the clerk had suggested it. Also, it was close to our destination appointment. Nice shopping nearby.

Nice, newer hotel in good part of town I hadn't stayed in before (I work in Minnetonka). Room was small but perfect. Amenities in shower were good too.

If ossible it would be great to add a grab bar or 2 in shower. The floor texture helped but unsteady on their feet people need something to hold onto to get over the ledge.

I ordered a handicapped accessible room. I use a walker. We got there and received a room without any accessibility-2nd time this happened this year. We walked back to desk.Then the desk person came to our room to attach a portable seat to the bathtub. (The picture in your ad shows a stationary, fold-down seat at back of tub--not there). Also, luggage cart was ridiculously bad to use. Key card to room was turned off before we were loaded to leave, locked out. We had to go get another key card to get back in room while loading to leave. It took 2 of the new, small, hard to use luggage carts to load up.

The location-good, the room was pretty good. Breakfast was good. .
