We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms, the hallway, the entire hotel Rick smelled of pot... Not just a little bit but like there was a 24-hour bake-a-thon in every damn room. When we asked to be moved to a different room they offered, I kid you not, the room right next door to the current room on the same floor that totally smelled of pot as well. We were forced to wet towels and put them at the bottom crack of the door to try and stop the smell from seeping into a room any further. But hey on the upside if you're looking to score pot in Monee Illinois this is definitely the place to go.

United StatesI didn't like the in room coffee maker being dirty. It had something inside the back where you put the water. I also didn't appreciate the aroma of cigarettes and marajuana in the hall. FRIDAY night people were very loud in the hallway and congregating in the back parking lot with red solo cups.
The beds were so nice and comfortable. The room was clean.

United StatesFirst of all the pool was closed while all other pools are open. Second , the 2 rooms i rented smelled like cigarettes. Toilet seats wobble, they are not bolted down.The property is not secure because the doors are not locked like other hotels. In other hotel's you would need a key card. This door stays open. People smoking weed by the side doors. No breakfast set up at all. When I booked these room it never mentioned that the pool was out of order or no breakfast served. Never again will I stay at a red roof inn. They're standards just do not reflect what they preach on commercials.

United Statesthis property was highly disappointing because the cleanliness. The tub had a literal scum that was wiped and not wait and you could tell the drain in the bathtub head scum around the ring and also the floors of my specific room were filthy I walked in that room for about 10 minutes I looked down and my feet were almost gray with how much dust they had picked up. additionally to that I would like to say that another red flag in this establishment is the fact that their dog policy is not enforced. dogs with high temperament for walking around without a leash in the hallways and that is not to say that the dogs were friendly but as an outsider walking up in the hallways not knowing if for instants a dog has a temperament or is protective that is a very scary situation to be in and I feel like it could be avoided if they would just enforce their leash policy.
The property was close to a chain of restaurants and also the gas station which made it very convenient for us to be able to get water and food. additionally I would like to say that their staff was very nice when confronted with complaints.

United StatesA lot of nighttime stomping around above me... A cricket in the air conditioning unit all night long which prevented me from sleeping. Staff appeared on interested in my concerns. In order to open the door to my room I had to put my shoulder into the door to pop it open. Overall, pretty awful experience.
