Male employee that was in charge of breakfast did not replenish food although breakfast still had an hour left. There were 6 link sausage and 2 patties left and 5 cheese omelets. Told a young child that "what she sees is all there is" plus he kept mentioning the time left until he could close up. Terrible! Normally the employees that manage the breakfast are so helpful and personable as well as keeping the food replenished. Couldn't believe he had a tip jar out.

Overall everything was great. No complaints.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room (minus a few carpet stains). I also booked my stay via booking.com and the front desk rep was able to link my IHG membership # so I could get my points for my stay. This is my go to hotel for when I am visiting Saratoga.

We were staying 2 nights. After our first morning, Housekeeping never came to make up our room. (It wasn’t because of Covid…our friend’s room was made up) When we returned to the hotel around 4:30pm we complained to the front desk. While we were out to dinner someone came and made up our bed, but when we returned later that evening our door had been left open! Anyone could have walked into our room and taken everything!!!!! Everything else was great and we would have liked to give this hotel a 10 star review, but these errors on the part of housekeeping were very disappointing.

The free breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. It wasn’t your typical continental breakfast. It had eggs, sausage, bacon. It had delicious cinnamon rolls and the coffee was also very good and available all day.The location was great for our needs as it was midway between Lake George and Saratoga Springs.

I can't think of anything that comes to mind.

The breakfast was good; there were many options. I liked the fact that coffee and tea were always available. I would have liked to have the option to make my own waffle and have bacon as an option but again it was a decent breakfast. The room was lovely with a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. The outside hottub was just the right temperature and it was lovely that it was located outside off the pillow. We didn't swim in the pool but others were and were having a wonderful time. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and its convenient location right off the highway. You won't be disappointed.
