We had asked for our room to be cleaned and they didn't do it that day. However, they did it the next day without being asked again.

The room was really nice and remodeled. I also love that they offer free water.

the other patrons were quite loud. we were there Friday to Sunday and there was a lot of activity in the hall late into the night both days and we could hear the rooms on either side clearly. parking is $10 and with construction happening, spots were very limited.

Parking garage was very small. I drive a large extended suv. Both nights I was concerned about fitting into a parking spot. When leaving the first morning cars were parked along the row. I would not have been able to pass them if I were coming into the garage and not leaving.

Everything was great! Staff was nice, room was updated, and I appreciated the secure parking.

front desk lady didn’t tell me I couldn’t pay cash until after she ran my card, thankfully I had the money on my card lmao. she had a slight attitude tone to her voice but maybe that’s just how she is haha. my moms Keurig in her room didn’t work, other than that everything was amazing!

Bath was small without any counter space. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Your pics for the ad show bigger, nicer area to eat. Pancakes? Coffee needs an upgrade. No business center facilities available. Respectfully, don't carry a printer with me.

My reservation confirmation stated the price I was paying was for a double room, but once I got to the hotel I was told it was an additional charge for the second room. I had to pay the full price, so I think Booking.com falsely advertised.

We would have liked a microwave in the room. After a long day of touring or even having spent time at one of the nearby medical facilities, going out might be too tiring (especially the later). I understand the plan was for people to use the room service and or restaurant that was being finished, but some times it just isn’t feasible.

Our room was lovely! I do believe it was newly renovated. It was bright and cheery. The bathroom was great although it could have used a few more hooks and maybe a little longer counter space. We really enjoyed the shower! It was roomy and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the floor tile! The hotel was is a very eclectic part of town and was nice to feel like you were part of the community. The staff was very warm and welcoming especially when we arrived and when we checked out.

The lobby is under construction. There is $10 a day parking fee per day and pet fee of $20 per pet. Pretty pricey when all is said and done.

Storage space was lacking a bit. Not a deal breaker, as it is a hotel room and not a residence.

Clean updated guest room. Fantastic walk in shower with plenty of water pressure and a tall shower head w/ a hand held sprayer as well. Heated toilet seat with bidet options. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels. Large flat screen TV. Great location and quiet. The hotel is going through a renovation and the front desk and breakfast are are in temporary locations. Functional for the time being, but I look forward to my next visit and seeing the finished product. I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast offerings considering the times we are living in 2021. All grab and go but had several hot sandwich options, individual wrapped pastries, fruit, yogurt and beverages. Again, I would imagine that by the time the renovations are complete, the breakfast will be back to what we remember before this mess we have been enduring for the past 18 months.

Bathroom door didn’t actually close all the way. Not damaged, but rather a design flaw. The privacy really wasn’t a concern in a single king room, but if someone blows the bathroom up…well it doesn’t stay in the bathroom.
