Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a mobility accessible room due to the limited number of available rooms at this location, so getting around the room with my mother’s wheelchair was more difficult as was using the bathroom especially shower.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean and didn’t smell. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items.

United StatesFrustrated that both luggage carts were being used when it would have been helpful to use them, at check in. Perhaps get one or two more luggage carts to accommodate the volume of guests. One of the lightbulbs at the vanity in the bathroom was out. Tried to ask for a bulb at the front desk and was told no one from maintenance was available. This is understandable on a Saturday evening. However, perhaps having some lightbulbs at the front desk is something management ought to consider. Also, on the morning of departure, the one and only elevator was not available...that was really inconvenient and troublesome.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Would like to see gluten free and dairy free options. Also, seating for more than four guests at a table would be nice; the existing tables are awkward to add another chair. The Fitness Center equipment worked (we've been to others that the equipment is broken) and the room was clean. Really appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff, the guest rooms were very clean. THANK YOU! Love the location, very convenient to the PA Turnpike. Also easy to get to restaurants and gas stations.
