The location was in a mostly underdeveloped business park, no view, far from town, not decent restaurants nearby, a strangely elongated building construction with one elevator at one end & very overpriced.

The staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent.

Check in went fine. As we walked to our room at 9:30pm, the trash can located in a common area was overflowing and had an odor. Spoiled food along with old roses in stale water could be seen near the trash can. In our room, the bathroom counter had dried matter on it and the toilet was dirty. In our queen room, one of the beds looked freshly made up and the other looked like it had been sat/laid on. The overflowing, stinky trash was still sitting there the next morning at 9:30 and was only removed after we said it was there. The manager we spoke to said it should be taken out several times a day. At breakfast the following day, the breakfast cook was very rude to my husband for using the omelet spoon to dish out some scrambled eggs. He rudely grabbed the spoon away and rushed to the kitchen to clean it. We appreciate cleanliness, but handling it more professionally is our feedback to leadership. Thank you. We requested a refund of half our payment as compensation for cleaning our room and the night's stay. The manager on duty in the morning thought giving us 8,000 "points" would make up for everything and would be equal to one night's stay. When we looked up the 'points price' for 1 night's stay, it was 40,000 points. So not only was the manager not empowered to issue a refund, he clearly didn't understand the company's points system and value.

The person at the front desk working the night we arrived was helpful and apologetic. She is not responsible for cleaning the bathroom. She is not responsible for emptying overflowing trash cans in the hallways.

Had to ask for everything. Ran out of body soap and tissues. The faucet in the bathroom had to be replaced. Coffee maker in the room never worked right. Would be nice if the trash in the room was emptied daily.

Room was very damp especially around the ac unit. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. The room upstairs the fan was on all night the first night. Extremely annoying. There was a mistake during checkin and are room was left off the turn down list. After taking the the housekeeping supervisor she said,”I will take care of it “. This was never fixed for the three night stay. Then the front desk didn’t fix issues, rather they told my wife we could pick up anything we needed from the front desk. Horrible housekeeping service. And that’s about all. The rest of the staff and hotel experience was ok.

If I had to say anything negative, it was that the breakfast food was mainly picked thru fairly well each morning that we attempted to eat. Which I can understand why, being that there were so many guests.

I booked two rooms. My room was great as always. To my embarrassment my daughter and son in law had an unclean room. There was hair and a dirty Kleenex inside the bed. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the containers in the shower were empty. The staff gave us clean linens so we could change the bed and gave us products for the bathroom rather than moving them to a clean room. Perhaps they didn’t have another room. I was sure this was just a mishap and I tried to be very understanding but management didn’t have the courtesy to call me and apologize for the inconvenience. With COVID still hanging around this was a very serious mistake.

I normally give a five rating because great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. This time I can simply say the staff were nice.

The room was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as in the shower. There were coffee stains or something on the floor. Seeming like they didn't even open up the closet and clean in it. And I know this because I left 2 shirts hanging in the closet. When I called to ask about them, 2 days later, they couldn't provide my clothing. The maids hadn't turned them in. Probably because they had not opened the closet yet to clean it... 2 days later.. And still haven't called me back to say if they have found my clothes or not. Its been about 1 month now. Im guessing because they hadnt cleaned in the closet at that point. But again 1 month later and they haven't even bothered to call me back. To say yeah or nay on my clothes
