How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like about the property but I have a safety recommendation. The bathtubs are slippery and you have to be careful when stepping in to use the shower. I would recommend adding a shower mat or the peel n stick traction decals so to avoid an accident
First and foremost all the employees from the front desk, housekeeping management, breakfast manager to every other employee I had contact with while staying at this location completely understands customer service and making you feel welcome. Everyone, every time I came across was helpful and courteous. The hotel was so clean and the room so clean and comfortable. Coffee available 24 hours was a wonderful added benefit and the hot breakfast was exceptional.

The property was in an excellent location next to outlets and the quaint town of Woodstock. The staff treated us like we were family always with a smile and willing to help. Very clean and comfortable facility. Highly recommend.

Nothing. Everything was good. Would have really liked the hot breakfast, but we understand the reason. Unfortunately, COVID-19 changed everyones lives. We were glad that the hotel was using precautionary measures.
Unfortunately the hot breakfast was not open yet; however, things that were offered were good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and always smiling. Facility was clean and in a great location.

Water pressure was low in the shower. Because of coronavirus safety measures , your bed was never made & you had to keep asking for clean towels. We got used of this.
Breakfast was fair. Staff always greeted you. It is in a great location. It is also near outlets for shopping.

Booked thru booking.com, got to hotel and there was no reservation. Had issues with the staff, had to call customer service at booking.com twice, due to be hung up on, then customer service had to call the hotel to fix the issues.

Breakfast was limited, but still good, staff was non-existent. Had to ring bell for service and the girl at desk looked like she had been sleeping.

We booked a queen 2 bed suite with a sofa and we arrived to a kind bed no sofa. They did transfer us to a room with two queen beds but no sofa. So we were charged for a suite and only got a room.

I’m upset about the toilet overflowing and the fact we only had two rolls of toilet paper stocked for two days. The pillows were terrible. I didn’t like the fact we got locked out of our room and had to go down two times to get another key and it still didn’t work so then someone came to let us in.
I liked the front desk employee for the PM he was a gentleman

After five days/nights of no housecleaning, we asked for a checkout past 11AM. We were told that if we left past 11:30 we would be charged and if past 1PM, we would be charged for an additional night. Terrible service and zero flexibiliity for us as clients who has no housecleaning for five days/nights. Unacceptable.

Nothing. Nothing to complain about.
First and foremost, we like the hotel because it is closer to the mall; and because this was a short one-week stayvacation, we wanted a good hotel that was not too far from our house. Secondly, the people that work here are very professional, helpful, attentive to their guests' needs.. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was awesome and kind. Our special thanks goes to Tay, Kristyn, Jordan, Carlyssa, Lisa, Lue, Lashuanda. All of you made our stay very special. The breakfast food was good everyday. There was a lot to choose from and we enjoyed every bit of it. The cookies at the front desk were amazingly delicious. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and so were the bed sheets and the towels. No safety concerns to worry about.
