Towels were dirty, had holes. We had a coffee spill as our door was opened so it was inside and outside our room - we were given towels to clean it; when we wiped the floor in the room the towel was filthy dirty - beyond the coffee stain. Requested the room be made up - just to have fresh towels but was not done. When we mentioned it to front desk, they brought clean towels but left all the dirty ones and the full garbages.

We asked for room to be cleaned, so we could baby down for nap when we came back. Didn't happen, so we asked if they could clean while we swam, didn't happen. Asked if they could clean while we are, so we could put baby down for a very late nap. Room never got clean, baby never napped.,. Which affected baby attitude . We had to get garbage bags on our own and ask for towels.

Cost was higher than originally quoted. Pool was small and quite busy, but very limited chairs available and no towels 1 of the 2 times we used it. Room was mostly clean, but when picking up, underneath things was disgusting.

We had a few ants in the room on day 2, however the staff came in right away and swept. No other issues.

We loved the king suite with pull out bed. If you have kids this is the option to go with. The small sink and cabinets we had for snacks etc made it easy for quick lunches in the room before naps. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

There was a bit of wear in the rooms, not outside of what is typical (bathroom had a gap/crack in shower surround) for a busy hotel. One of the traveling companions did not like the mirror in the fitness center as they felt the location of behind the treadmill felt off (could be personal preference).

Rooms were very clean. Appreciated that I had booked two rooms and was given adjoining rooms. Staff was super polite and helpful during all interactions. Location was good (we were attending a concert at Pine Knob). Lots of great food options nearby. Price was very reasonable.

The bed was too hard for my liking. My son slept on the sofa bed. But girl at the front desk said they were out of blankets, so he didn't get one. Our bathroom door did not latch. The toilet seat moved off the side of the toilet because the bidet was in the way. The keurig was dirty & did not work.

Not enough towels provide even after requesting the first day. No sheets provided for the pull out sofa bed. No access to safe. As it was locked. So decided not to use it.

There were a few times that staff wasn't paying attention and talking amongst themselves, but that didn't really bother me all that much.

The breakfast was good. Cinnabon is always a hit. The location was great, we were able to walk to the shopping center from the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I will miss that bidet.
