Very minor, but we are not tall at 5ft. 4 inches' the beds were higher than most so it required a little bit of a hop to get in.

Every aspect of what you look for in a Hotel room exceeded out expectations. The wi-fi connect was easy to do. The beds were the most comfortable.

Highway between hotel and Harpers Ferry was out - hour long detour, but through the vineyards of Virginia which was nice.

The only issue with the check-out staff, she wouldn't give us a receipt, she keep saying BOOKING.COM would send us a receipt, I told her I used booking before and always got an itemized receipt at check out from hotel, I' am not sure if I need to call corporate or will BOOKING send me one via E'MAIL to download ?

The only thing we had a minor issue with, was the shower doors. They just wouldn't seem to stay shut, unless there was some trick to it that we couldn't figure out. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Absolutely loved the location, a grocery store and gas station within walking distance and plenty of eateries nearby. Staff was very friendly. Although we missed breakfast the hotel was super clean and we actually looked forward to trying it out.

our ac went out on one of the hottest days of the year. we booked a room in the middle of the night (we live around 5 miles away), and paid ahead of time in full. the night manager working the front desk couldn't locate our reservation, refused to communicate what was going on as he was "looking", was very, very rude and irritated with us, and did nothing to accommodate us (offer water, etc.) as my daughter and I waited for nearly 30 minutes while he kept either mubling to himself how "much (this) system sucked", and telling us they were fully booked. each time I asked if we should go somewhere else, he became very rude and demanded we "just WAIT a minute" (all while failing to communicate what was happening and indicating there were no rooms). After nearly 30 minutes, I finally asked if I could use the wifi to find another room and was flatly told "wifi is for guests ONLY", though I'd shown him my reservation and he admitted he could see it. it was now after midnight and my daughter began to cry as she was scared. FINALLY, our room was located. I was very, VERY thankful I did not see that man again during our stay. All the other staff were wonderful.

Housekeeping. We found a sock on the back side of our bed and an empty deodorant can at the bottom of bed.

We loved every thing about our stay there. The room big enough for us to be comfortable in. The breakfast had great variety, the lobby was beautifully decorated and the afternoon front desk staff, Debbie, was very friendly and helpful.

The TV stations kept acting up but we got help ASAP

It's the cleanest hotel I have visited recently with little or no complain. Staff great and very considerate. My kids enjoyed the stay even though they never left the room. They begged to stay one more night...

I do not have any complaints about our stay there. We traveled in for a wedding and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. It offered lots of amenities that some hotels charge extra for (microwave and fridge).

The hotel exceeded my expectations! I love that the soaps and shampoos were Dove and not the normal cheap water-downed ones hotels typically use. Location was perfect with a sheetz within walking distance. It was nice and quiet and welcoming.

Sunday night front desk manager was abrasive and wouldn’t check me in without my ID. I get it and it all worked out as she change the reservation to my husbands name. But she came across very gruff about it. And breakfast, why offer it, as it just not good at all. The bacon, sausage and eggs have no taste. The pancake machine was not working both mornings we were there. Coffee and orange juice is just water.
