It was almost $155 for a one night’s stay which is pretty steep in my opinion, the hotel itself could use a deep cleaning especially shampooing of the hallways and carpets, our hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like old dirty wet linen, very unpleasant. The toilet seemed clean but the seat on it was wobbly and the bathtub had some sort of staining or peeling of the paint within in it.

The hotel itself seemed ok, the breakfast was good, the staff was polite and nice from start to finish, hot water and good air conditioning

The smoke detector went off like it was a warning to check out time. They staff continuously bothered us like they was rushing us out of the hotel.

Location was great, right off the highway. Also the breakfast was great.

Kitchen oven wasn't working so some breakfast choices weren't available.

Claudia at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even remembered my first name with a greeting we returned to the building after picking up some food.

There was only one person at the front so had to wait in line over 20 minutes. The downstairs bathroom was filthy and our room had multiple, unfinished repairs to the wall. The AC kicked completely off during the night and we had to turn it back on twice, manually. The automatic feature did not work. It was not up to normal IHG quality standards.

Breakfast smelled delicious and was convenient. We had to leave at 6 am for hospital.

LEAKING AC created growing wet carpet that made for musty then intolerable condition and forced to move at night. No one but two hair dryers did not work and had to be replaced requiring trips to front desk—instead of delivery!

We stayed there 4 days and the last two days the television worked for a total of 2 hours resulting in us missing several college and professional football games. Each time we told the staff we were given a bogus answer. When asked for a discount we were told that we had already paid via a 3rd party which is a lie. We specified we would pay at the hotel.

Shower head was just a trickle of water. Inadequate for a good shower. Room was a well-used--time for a rehab. It was obvious that management had little interest in property upkeep.

Breakfast was better than most hotels. Evening desk manager was very friendly and helpful. He helped replace a missing guide for the TV, which was hard to use. TV remote needed new batteries.

The facility was not at all worth what I paid. I'm not sure how it got a 4.4 rating on Booking.com - maybe they paid for those ratings but I was very disappointed in this property. I plan to ask for a portion of my money back. There was hair on the bathroom floor and back of the toilet. The bathtub looked as if it was painted over and the paint was chipping and bubbling up (we used shower shoes) - looks as if children had been writing on the side of the tub with a pen. There was hair on my bed. Beds were not made on a daily. Housekeeping stopped by once to give us towels and that was at the end of our trip.

The staff was very friendly and tried to resolve all of the issues we had with our room

When we arrived no one else was at the front desk. Waited over 35 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we could check in. The room door was not secure. Everything about the room was not to Holiday Inn standards. I do not think the sheets have been changed they were spots on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at it again.

I requested a receipt for the stay and have not been able to get one. Not sure why this is a difficult task. I was lied to and sent on a wild goose chase to obtain it and no one would give me the cooperate number.
