Construction…bed was not firm enough and you could tell that someone slept on that side.

There were several large trucks each taking up 3 to 5 parking spaces each which caused us and others to park in the street.

It’s been under remodeling each of the 4 stays I have been there over a 7 month period.

We have stayed multiple times visiting family. It seem to always have a renovation going on. It’s strange.

Good option in Canyon. It’s clean and the staff is GREAT! The rates are good and it’s in a good spot. Solid choice.

The breakfast line was a bit long because of the pancake maker being in the middle of traffic flow. I understand the space was being renovated, I would think that section would need to be moved to a more spacious location. The toaster for the bread and bagels was tucked away in a room opposite of where the rest of the food was located. The lovely woman working that morning was amazing, friendly, and inviting. Coffee was good!

Front staff was very nice at both check in and out. The room was clean. My husband loved the bed. I love the pillows. Nice breakfast selection. Easy to locate.

The people next door to us left their dog in the room and he howled and cried for several hours. The people at the front desk were very kind when I called about it, but there was very little that they could do.

I liked how close the hotel was to the University, the canyon and to restaurants. We were also glad that there was a pool on site.

Toilet was so short! Renovation was taking place so was at times noisy.

Seemed clean enough...Outside of hotel looked a little "run down" and could probably use a face lift, compared to the "newer" hotel next to it

It was a bit messy from the construction and due to massive rainfall there were many leaks throughout the dining room but understandable!! The staff was great although of this issue and they continued to be helpful and friendly!!

On check in I had a bit of a problem but kudos to Jessica for all her help in the check in process and throughout my stay!! Jessica should be considered for employee of the month on her professionalism and kindness!!

The vent in our bathroom made an unusual noise. The hair dryer did not work and the first replacement dryer also didn't work. Three times was the charm.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent and well monitored. We appreciate that we were allowed to use table & chairs in the breakfast area to play cards and games as a family during evening hours.

Carpet was soaking wet when we arrived but slowly dried out over the course of our 2 day stay. Staff should be mindful of that when washing carpets. Bed was very soft. Windows were dirty.

The hot tub was out of commission. The price for the room doesn’t change when one of the amenities I’m counting on isn’t available…. After hiking and biking all day we had looked forward to the hot tub while the kids played in the pool. It was a planned part of our vacation. To not have that dynamic kinda was a bummer. I wanted hot tub time w my partner after a family day with the kids. Idk. Not a deal breaker but just really bummed I didn’t get the vacation I needed.

Our bath sink kept leaking and the water went everywhere when we turn on the faucet. The hotel card did not open the side door making us walk further whenever we had to enter in the hotel. The warm pool was closed. But I assume those were technicalities they were trying to fix as soon as possible.

30min drive from Palo Duro state park, warm and yummy breakfast, quiet nights, and pool and gym available. You can't beat that :)
