Our room was close to the ice machine and people were being loud when using at 11PM at night

Staff was good, the breakfast and woman taking care of breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and well appointed.

Too much chlorine in swimming pool. It was a little dirty.

The toilet was constantly backing up to the point it almost overflowed multiple times. The water would rise and sit for a while then magically flush down. It took multiple flushes to get the toilet flushed. The pillows are too smushy and bed not so comfy. The elevator was very dirty. I am guessing it was from other patrons tracking water and dirt from the pool area through the halls onto the elevator.

Location and the breakfast..room was ok in size.

Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was really good-lots of choices. Had trouble with one of the key cards and front staff was very helpful, even went up to the room with me on the third try.

I arrived and there was no one at the check in desk. I had to wait at least 10 minutes or more. I was then told that I had two rooms booked for the night. I only booked one room. Hotel told me I had to call online booking company to fix the problem. I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with booking company to resolve problem.

There was a lot of litter in the hallway and wasn't clean. I know it was due to. Other guest but, it was left that way as if short on staff.

The breakfast was terrific. The pool hours great as I was there with 2 grandsons. The room was mostly clean

The view wasn't amazing; it was of what seemed like storage garages. The last day we were there, the power went out. It would've been good to get communications about it and know what to expect as a result.

Nice place overall; met our needs for the weekend. The king size room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It had a mini gym that we utilized; it worked for us. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and in walking distance to several restaurants.

The fact that the hotel was not even fully booked, and they put me right next to the elevator. When I asked for a different room, I was given the option of a room, and when I am reviewed that room and haven’t been made up. They were less than accommodating for that. I ended up with the room by the elevator.

The check in clerk did seem happy to be there- no smile. When we got to our room it had not been cleaned. I went down to front desk to tell them.. the clerk went to back room and yelled room 319 is not cleaned, stayed back there for about 5 minutes. Then she came out, apologized and gave me a new room.

I loved the bathroom mirror , great for makeup,etc The morning desk clerk was very polite and friendly.

We were unable to check in when we arrived because the staff member at the front desk was locked out of her computer. It took over an hour for management to contact her back to fix the problem. We waited almost a hour an half before we could check in. Other then that our stay was great.

That when I originally booked the room a month ago it was at 130 and some change total. But when it was charged to my card after the stay it ended up being more. They didn't use the discount offer from booking. Com they charged full original price. On booking. Com when it was reserved the price was 106$ 130 after taxes and fees. Is what was said to be charged then after the stay and card was charged it came out to 160. It's only 30$ difference but still 30$ is 30$ if I would of only had what it was supposed to be on the card. I would of been charged a hefty fee of overdrafting my account. But other than that a good experience.

Clean room nice hotel in a good location alot of different amenities around the area.
