There are tons of maintenance issues. The hallway carpets need replacing badly. Fix the ice machine on the 3rd floor. Main light in our living area did not work. Outlet cover missing. Toilet paper holder put on crooked. This all together made the hotel seem tacky.

The bed is awesome. The staff is fantastic.

Arrived to find the hotel overbooked so ended up with a King bed instead of two Queen Beds. Did not compensate for booking error.

Bed was comfortable, soft pillows were amazing, breakfast was the best!

We come every spring to visit family. In 2022 and 2023 the pool was not working which is the main reason we stayed at the hotel

I don't like the hidden fees that are added on, such as a parking fee. This seems to be the new normal and it is not made clear at check in, They request a credit card for incidentals. Is parking in there parking lot an incidental?

Room has a lot of space and very clean. I love that it has microwave. Breakfast is good. Would have been better if coffee is a little stronger. Staffs are friendly. It's my first time to have someone call the room and check if we have everything we need and if we are satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

The ice machines were all not operating. You were able to get small individual bags of ice for free in the market, but by the afternoon of day 2, they were completely out.

Everything was nice. Staff was courteous. It was quiet and peaceful.

The ice makers were down two days. The spa didn’t work. The only available breakfast was 6:30 to 9:30. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped and the bathtub had been resurfaced but the help had used harsh cleaning products and the discoloration showed through. They charged full price but didn’t make the beds or empty the trash. You had to order new towels or reuse them supposedly due to CoVid and this is the end of July in 2021 with no one wearing masks anywhere. We left early. Logging in the computer was a hassle and lastly the toilet lid was loose.

The property was easy to find.

Carpets seemed dirty, pool towels need to be carefully watched, they was all dirty. So, we had to drip off and make a dash to our room. Somethings could be updated. I got a yogurt at breakfast it was expired.

It was good for a quick trip to the area, we liked the indoor pool, spa was unfortunately down for repairs. Breakfast wasn't to bad.

Evidently pool was out of commission for a couple months and was not noted on the website. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable, but did get hot over night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Your staff (front desk, kitchen, management, and maintenance) gets a perfect A+ across the board. They all made us feel very welcome and looked after. Thank you!

Room wasn’t ready 3 hours after check in time. Waited 1 hour for them to “make the bed” so the room would be ready.

The window was broke & wouldn’t close all the way. So noises from traffic was loud. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way Ac made loud noises randomly The shower pressure was awful Our room had clothes someone else left.

Nothing! Everything was on point. Great location. We explored the town was able to come in cool down in the pool and relax watching a movie.

The room so peaceful clean and fresh. The staff were so good to me and my children. Thank you for treating people so well. It's nice to be treat q such respect. Greatly appreciated for my children to see the respect I push for them to have
