I went through booking.com I selected a room with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa but ended with 2 queen beds. I was told by holiday inn that it was a glitch with booking.com. at 1st I was told they don't have rooms like the one I requested but later I spoke to a different staff and that's when she said it was booking.com glitch

The elevator seemed to struggle, there are many scuff marks that need repainting, the outdoors had trash that should have been picked up.

The pool was closed, and it was the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had an old smell and there were many small things that made it feel dingy overall. The window covering had holes in it; the carpet was stained; there were marks on the walls; the shower curtain was moldy and hooks were broken; the water from the faucet smelled bad; the toilet handle was finicky/broken.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent. Room was decently clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool and hot tub were closed. There were stains on the carpet in the room. When I pulled the towel off the rack it fell off the wall. And the garbage all around the hotel was awful.

Room had some stains on the floor and the toilet didn't flush properly. When we told the front desk they said they couldn't fix it cause the maintenance man quit. Hot tub was greenish looking and not hot to me. Pool was freezing but clean. Overall I would stay here again.

The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, only had 2 bath towels and no way to plug of the tub for my kiddo to take a bath. The TV is was small and seemed to glitch on most stations. The AC barely kept the room cool and you couldn’t feel the cold air unless you were standing right in front of it.

The pool door felt impossible to open even though there were others outside. Looks like water corrosion near the bottom of the door as well. We found bed bugs in our room. All of a sudden hotel couldn’t get into their booking. Com account to refund us, their email, nor were there phone lines working randomly. After a week or so went by, I finally received a refund but for only 1 night! Never will go to another Holiday Inn.

I honestly can’t say anything that I like about this property. There were problem after problem.

the pool was freezing, the room had stains in the rug, the toliet broke and they did not have a maintance person to assist. had to go a day without toliet before talking with house keeping supervisor and she made it work. breakfast ran out at 8am. there was no pancake mix to have pan cakes.
