Breakfast selections were low by 8:30, although we were told breakfast didn’t end until 9:00. What was left was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in staff was very friendly!

The fact that they are currently under renovation and they failed to disclose that prior to booking my room. Only the the bottom to floor were available. The breakfast was horrible looking so we had to eat elsewhere. Will not be staying at this location again.

The motel is in the middle of construction which we should've been told when we booked. That alone would not be a problem but two of our rooms had multiple light bulbs out, one had a urine stain on the bed, one had a faucet handle that was broken and those two also had cockroaches in the rooms. The staff was helpful and got many of the issues repaired for us but those two rooms were simply not clean.

The staff was very helpful. They responded quickly to many of our concerns and problems. They were friendly. We had two rooms on the 4th floor which had been remodeled and they were great.

When I arrived my room was dirty they didn’t clean it from whoever stayed before me, talked to the lady at the desk she was really sweet n helpful she called a manager they were working with me with the situation however I still haven’t heard anything back.

The room was not up to par. Only one light worked in the bathroom. The bed was super hard. The table Was broken. The phone did not work. They left throw up in the elevator for hours.

The first room we were in didn't lock. So we moved to a different room and the a/c we broken. They were doing construction on the building. And other people were complaining about their rooms too. They asked if we wanted to be moved but by that point we were too frustrated to want to stay there.

I reserved this room a week ahead and traveled 2 hrs for clinical rotation. We Did not get the 2 beds we reserved for and was notified a couple hrs before our check in that it was no longer available. The hotel was under construction and disturbing. Terrible experience!!

We reserved a suite for 6 people, they gave us a room with 1 king, family of 5!!! They changed to a 2 queen room but still not enough beds. Front desk lady very unfriendly and unwilling to help.

The manager gave us a 50% refund

There room was smaller than I thought for a suite and there was not a separate sitting area couch was near beds and not in an area where you could view the tv from. There were not extra sheets or blanket for the sofa bed, had to ask for them and when asked they said they don’t think they have any extra but after waiting a few minutes they did found some.

Breakfast was gross and not what I was expecting wish I would have known the hotel was under renovations. Pool was not ready to be used either and that was upsetting to my daughter that was looking forward to swimming one night during our stay.

Not having clean our room for 3 nights. No toilet paper for 1 full night. we asked the cleaning lady in the hallway to clean the room and fill Amenities she said OK. but we came back to hotel at night time it wasn’t done. Because our trash cans were full due to eating breakfast in the room due to hotel remodeling. we weren’t allowed to eat in the breakfast room due to remodeling. Very poor service.

under construction and didnt know it. Breakfast Food both days was never replenished. There wasnt an Eating area and the 3 small make do tables were full of trash. Trash cans were overflowing.

The worst part was they walked into my room 2x without permission. The 1st time did not make it all the way in due to security lock while I was asleep but 2nd time they did as i was taking stuff to my car. It was dirty all around, the breakfast was tiny, had to change rooms as the ac was not working then had issues with the card letting us back in the room, the lights in hallways did not all work giving it the creepy horror film feel.

Broken shower head, response was "take some towels". Major leak!!!!!! Needed 6 towels to stop flooding in restroom. The hotel key was disabled and no one was at the desk. There were 2 other couples with the same problem.

My request at time of booking was not met, nor was I advised in advance that there will be renovations beening conducted durning my stay. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor, (which this was brought to staff attention). My room did NOT have a microwave or mini fridge, (microwave should have came standard).

The a/c and the hot water worked in the room.
