The suit floor was extremely nasty. It needs to be cleaned or replaced immediately. There was a huge red stain on the flood in the room as well. I wouldn't allow my family to wear they socks. They had to have on shoes when walking around the room. We were not able to use the pool. And they stopped putting out breakfast at 830 when start not supposed to end till 930.

The bed was super comfy and the room extremely large. We have a family of 5 and the suit never felt crowd. The stuff was really nice.

the telephone didn’t work & the TV guide didn’t work, so we had to flip through all the channels until we found something.

My room was newly renovated. But my a/c did not work. But they refunded my credit card. And I did not have a key for my room. The hotel clerk had to open my door every time I needed back in my room because they ran out of keys.

My room has a broken desk,couch was kinda broken as well,the cabinets had drills sticking out of them and the lights were a little bit dark it was kinda hard to see.

The room was cold and remained cold the entire stay. I woke up with a sore throat due to breathing in the cold air all night long. The heat was on but it too was blowing out cold air. I called the front desk to ensure that I was operating the equipment correctly and they assured me that I was.

This property was very clean and neat. It was also conveniently located directly off the freeway which is a good thing. The breakfast was good and hot.

The fact that I could not connect with the front desk because of some kind of phone glitch in the system, made if uncomfortable for me due to late check in. There was no alternative to get word that I was coming in late either to the hotel desk or even to the main cooperate office. That was very frustrating. One of the draws to the desk was missing so there was this empty place there. That was not very professional. When I asked the clerk, during check out, if I could have an extra hour to check out at 12p rather than 11am, she denied my request then said if I signed up for your rewards account she would allow the extra hour. This is the first time I have ever been denied this type of request unless I agreed to this sign up.

The convenience in the hotel's location made it great.

Found a condom wrapper on the floor near bed. There wasn't hand soap & only 1 set of towels for two people. My husband decided not to use shower facilities for fear it was not clean. so he went without a shower today.

My room ceiling fan didn’t work, and took the longest to cook off luckily my friend was next door so we opened the middle door. And then a roach crawled in bed with me. I did kill it and gave it to the morning person at the front desk she said she will adjust my bill.

The night supervisor was very sweet. Love her energy.
