The signage to get into the hotel was difficult, you can easily miss the road to the hotel. It is out of town but within a few minute drive.

The place was nice, quiet and off the beating road. The room was clean and bathroom was clean and towels were good. Bed was comfortable and great after a long drive. The breakfast was better than I had anticipated, which was a welcome pleasure.

The laundry service or someone like it made a noisy delivery at 5:00 am which woke me up. I was in Room 104 which must be close to your delivery entrance. The noise lasted a half hour and I couldn’t sleep.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard. My elbows, knees, and abdomen hurt when I got up each morning. We stayed two nights. For what we paid for the hotel it wasn't worth it, the bed ruined the whole thing.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The breakfast staff lady was very pleasant. She kept the area stocked well and clean. Most of the front desk staff were nice. The hotel was in a good location for the people we were visiting.

Getting to it is a little tricky but not a huge issue.

Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. The morning breakfast was a nice way to start the day! Hot food and a great variety. The young lady managing the food area was super friendly and attentive. Quiet rooms, very clean.

The microwave was old & it warmed my water for my hot tea, but I had to time it myself....the microwave had no timer...it was either on or off......no way to say how long you wanted to cook what was in there. ALSO! there needs to be a sign on the AC that says to "control the temp ON THE WALL."

The staff was very unfriendly. We had to wait at the front desk every time we needed something because someone was usually on a smoke break. There was no sense of urgency to help customers. And any time something was wrong the “broken washer” was always to blame. One time the front desk lady even blamed the cleaning staff for not having enough rooms ready when we needed to switch rooms because of our tv not working properly. When we were in the pool during the day we decided to pull in two chairs to sit in the shallow end. We read all the rules and signs and nowhere did it say to not put pool furniture in the water. Well a maid came out to throw trash away and went back inside and two seconds later the front desk lady came out and simply said “The chairs can’t be in the pool like that.” And went back inside. That was it. Very rude and short for being in the business of customer service. We had every intention of putting the chairs back when we were done. And I wonder if it’s about the furniture getting wet, what happens to the chairs when it rains??

Location was good, close to shopping and dining. Breakfast tasted good but almost cold. There was plenty of parking close to the door.
