Bed was a little too firm for me, but my boyfriend loved it.

Breakfast was very good and it had a large variety to choose from.

Breakfast serving person closed things down several times during our stay over 40 min early was very rude and did not change out the food it was old. We had great service for 2 of the day when it was different lady she kept everything fresh and stayed open till 10 like they are SUPPOSED to!! Then we booked this hotel because it had a pool we were not able to use this pool due to them waiting on a heater pump for it so if you did use the pool it was super cold way too cold to swim in it so that was disappointing!!!

Location was good, a safe area. Cleanliness was not top notch. Bathroom was not real clean. Staff at front desk was not very knowledgeable.

Every night either in the next room or outside there was always the stench of someone smoking, both cigarettes and marijuana. There was no ice machine on our floor (1st) and no signs pointing to one, no one at the front desk to ask most of the time. For the price of the room, the free breakfast was laughable compared to competing hotels of the same price. I travel often for business and say that from experience.

The pillows in the room were too soft. We always try to book a place with a pool this had a pool but was too cold to swim.

I originally booked a King whirlpool room for my birthday on the site it states $50 deposit. But when I checked in the front desk advised me the deposit for that room is $250!!! I was disappointed

The curtain in my room was not working and thus stuck in the down position which didn't allow any natural light into the room. Parking is a little scarce but seemed to be enough to accommodate the amount of guests on a Monday night. At night the parking lot can seem a little creepy as some of the maintenance equipment was stored on one side of the lot and was a little scattered. The pool was closed and has been under maintenance for a good while.

The location is quiet and tucked away yet visible from the highway. My room was clean and whirlpool jacuzzi worked as expected. The TV is big with good channel selections. Microwave and fridge in the room. There are side entrances to gain access to the building from the parking lot. Less than 15 minutes from Arundel mills mall and Maryland Live Casino. Conveniently located behind a gas station with a store inside and also a shopping center with groceries and liquor stores. This did not seem like a bad neighborhood during the day or at night.
