Property needs to be seriously upgraded. The chairs in the hotel room was badly worn down. I had a hole in my wall near the air conditioning unit. Also, while in the hotel parking lot I witnessed a home of rats coming coming out of the tree. There was loud construction going on outside of my room and the pancake machine was out of order 4 out of the five days I stayed there. Lastly, attendants at the customer service desk lacked professionalism and didn’t seem interested in what they were doing.

the reception crew very unhelpful. i booked a room with 2 doublebeds and a sleeping sofa and was refused additional linen for the sofa because they said it is forbidden to sleep on the sofa. Completely stupid. never again this hotel. cheers

next door construction noise, noisy guests late and early, room chair needed cleaning, the whole place needs a refresh, breakfast scrambled eggs from a powder mix? super slow toasters, weak coffee, budget yes, value no.

One of the front desk attendants "overlooked" one of my packages. I am international and was told it is my responsibility to get it to the location I desired - including the cost.

The parking when I came in late with all the commercial trucks and you all have all the parking in the back of the hotel where they can park. So your guest can park comfortably. And you all need microwaves in rooms . We should have to go down to warm our food up. It’s an inconvenience. And the breakfast is really no good.

1. Keys did not work when I got there 2. Got second set of keys someone was already in the room 3. Next day keys did work again 4. Maid knocking on the door wanted 9 am wanted know what time I was checking out. Told was not scheduled to check until next day. She was checking her schedule 5. I asked if there were towels at the pool. “Definitely” no towels at the pool twice Front desk guaranteed me there were towels. IF NOT call us from the pool and will for towels town to pool 6. Any other hotel would supply towels first thing in an 7. Hotel run down 8. Door to pool rusted out 9. Stains in carpet in room 10. Door entrance to room all black from people kicking door in 11. Ice machine was so loud I could here it and I was ten rooms away

They had never received the booking.com request as I had booked a room before and I cancelled and rebooked again I had to request the front desk and book a new room altogether This is the 2nd time that booking from this website never reached the hotel

Cleanliness was an issue, was not properly cleaned. During our eight day stay the room was vacuumed only once. The staff was not friendly they seemed not motivated to work.

Ideal location, close to the mall and other shopping stores/ restaurants.

Staff behavior

We booked room with two queen beds for 3 guests and they gave me single bed and gave me roller bed which was broke without blanket after so many request I got blanket after 11 pm. The front desk told me two queen beds room were sold even though I booked before two weeks The staff was rood. I am very disappointed with service.

The facility is run down and in need of updates and repairs. Threadbare carpet, scratched walls, rusty doors. No vent fans in bathrooms leading to mold. Little confidence in housekeeping—we found napkins in the couch, a hair clip on the shower curtain, etc.

The breakfast staff worked hard and kept the area clean and we’re very helpful.

I notice a lot of weird people at breakfast,some with 3-4 back packs and not very clean,but looked like working people.About 5 trailers were parked on the side road to the entrance and had a hard time seeing the hotel sign.The area is a bit seedy,but had no problem walking at night to the strip mall for Japanese food.The front desk workers can be a bit more friendlier.

The breakfast was very good,full American with muffins,biscuits and the works..The room and bathroom is huge with mini fridge,the whole place had a very nice smell,even in the elevators.bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable.Parking was ample and safe..Denny's and a small strip mall one block away..

but the sheet in my room #234 was stain and dirty. I had to call multiple times to change it until they got "fed up" they sent an environmental lady up to the room she just give us a fitted and the top sheet to fix it ourselves. Even the comforter had a yellow srain on it . During my stay the cleaning services never went in the room to clean or pick the trash . Filthy hotel, service horrible , and customer service was horrible

The only thing I like was the fact that the hotel provides free breakfast
