Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the King Suite. The hotel staff, which included house cleaning, breakfast, and front office, were friendly, helpful, and very kind. United StatesThe Elevator needs attention, it was stucked at one point and kept taking us from 1st floor to second and wouldn’t take us to the first floor where we wanted to go. We ended up having to use the emergency exit which ofcourse triggered the alarm
Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Rooms clean, we had our coffee maker, mini fridge. Agent who assisted with check in was receptive when given feedback on elevator.

United StatesThe property was outdated, the bed was too firm for me so I was not that comfortable. The furniture in the room was scratched up and maintenance had to come and wiggle the cord to get the tv working. Not enough parking spaces, parking was horrible, good thing I wasn’t alone and could be dropped off at the entrance due to a injury if not I would’ve had to walk the block.

United StatesThe front dedk staff did not greet me and they were taking very long to check me in without saying a word. The room door didnt work at first and I had to take the keys back down stairs i let the guy know and all ge said was did you put them near any magnetic stuff. The tube had a ring around it.
The room was a nice size and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the maitenance men were awesome. The gentlemen at breakfast was very helpful and nice. The area was good.
