The suite was a bit noisy due to being right up against the side exit stairs.

The location was great, as was the breakfast and the suite having the extra bedroom.

It could have been cleaner. The lobby floor was covered in dirt clods and leaves for the duration of our stay. The room was cozy but there was plenty of room for improvement on cleanliness there as well. And the NOISE level was ridiculous. We could hear everything from the people upstairs and next door. Didn't sleep at all.

Only complaint is their plastic ware at breakfast was so flimsy I couldn’t even cut a pancake with the fork. Come on guys, no excuse for that at a nice hotel! Hairdryer was missing but one was brought as soon as I called.

I wouldn’t have even booked my room had I known. also the construction is only posted on front door not in the reservation part of booking.com. I have stayed here many times this time wasn’t what I expected and definitely not for the price.

They were renovating some areas. So, the pool and hot tub were all tore up and there was random furniture in the elevator rooms on floors 3 and 4. Around 8 in the morning they would start work (right under our rooms) and it would be very loud! There were no vending machines (although the evening office staff went beyond to help with that). The morning staff were a little short and seemed to be in a hurry - staff just not as friendly as they could have been. The price was a little steep.

The breakfast was amazing! Hot and lots of options! We enjoyed our rooms (connected, as requested) and the rooms were clean and comfortable! The shower was adjustable which was nice and there was a Keurig in the room - making it more convenient! We also had a refrigerator and microwave which was very helpful for our family! The evening staff was accommodating and the location was beneficial to our activities. We had a beautiful view of the cliffs past the industrial park.

Breakfast area was filthy the night we checked in from breakfast that morning, food and crumbs on floor and tables. Breakfast was not being refilled hours before closing time so there was only yogurt and cereal even though staff was there and knew the food was gone. 1st room smelled like a dirty diaper so front desk attendant quickly got us into a new room. She was fantastic. We travel a lot and spending over $300 per night we were pretty disappointed with the property. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling, tiles wobbling from missing grout, etc.

We had a 2 room suite. With 1 king and 2 queens. It is a nice room. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room with the king bed did not work. They warned us when we checked in that some of the a/c's weren't working very well. The one in the main room worked just fine.

The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff the we interacted with were very friendly. The pool is open until 11 and it is indoors. The beds are not too soft and not too firm. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the towels were nice and fluffy.
