Ran out of options at breakfast. The pancake maker ran out, not many places to eat breakfast at downstairs. The elevator was weird it stopped at floor 2 every time I used it, and it would stop at level 2 even it it wasn't selected. The room was cleaned what could be reached. The coat cabinet was dusty on top. Only knew that because I had to store my bag on top, and when we pilulled it down, I got dusted.

Heater / air conditioner worked well. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom had nice space. Pool was clean, ran out of towels, good reason to bring your own towel. Great area close to food choices.

As expected staff was slim given the holidays so room wasn't made up but we expected that much. Really no complaints. It served it's purpose.

Worked in a pinch for a last minute Xmas Eve stay. No issues getting a room and super close to family. Probably the newest and nicest hotel in Great Bend. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

I wish the beds had a lightweight blanket. The beds have a sheet and then a compforter, so I have a hard time sleeping because I'm either too hot or too cold.

The internet never would connect with our phones . When we checked in they added another $30 that we were not aware this would happen they said it would be reimbursed when we check out and we are still waiting. When we asked why they needed more money they said that is what they do. They gave us 2 room cards and we had to go down to the front desk 5 times to have the cards reactivated, one never did work. Tried to call the front desk 4 times to ask about the room A/C and we would be put on hold and then hung up on.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and a good size.

They double charged me, and I have spent a couple of hours trying to get it resolved. The Holiday Inn blamed it on Booking.com and Booking.com blamed it on the Holiday Inn. Also, this location is understaffed. Twice I had to wait ~10-15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.

Breakfast was not good. The pancake machine was broke, the eggs were burned and you couldn't eat them, gravy was out. One of the staff was in there eating sausage while trying to fix the pancake machine, just reached in with her hands! I asked another worker for more coffee, because both things were out and she got mad at me.

I liked how clean and nice it felt inside. I felt like I didn't have to worry about if it was clean.

Staff seemed disorganized. Checking was delayed because front desk wasn’t “sure if the room was clean”, and the young lady handling breakfast was really struggling. Coffee was out and when she brought out a new pot it was just water. When she was able to make some it was more like weak tea. She also had a hard time keeping the hot food refilled.

The staff is great- everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean & beds are comfy. I have stayed a couple of times now while traveling to Great Bend on business and I definitely recommend it for business and leisure. This past trip I left a couple things in the room. Jackie was very helpful in making arrangements to get them back to me!

The customer service was horrendous and I do mean horrendous other than stated one breakfast staff and one morning staff person. Requested to have manager contact me on 3 different times and no response. Requested folio on check out - never received it had to call and request - this staff person was so rude...was hung up on - attempted to call back numerous times to get name > picked up and hung up on repeatedly...even called from different number - same result. If this is how a Diamond Elite member is treated, how do you think the average regular customer is treated?? HORRENDOUS!!!

Didn't stay at a Holiday Inn for a long time. Didn't expect such clean, modern style hotel. Had all the standard as you would expect. I really liked the breakfast choices. Nice clean rooms, Friendly staff.
