The breakfast was the only downside - eggs were salty and potatoes were hard and it was confusing on when the breakfast times were - weekdays they close it at 8:30am but there were no signs indicating that, it was verbally relayed to us. It only stays open until 9:30am on weekends, which neither is very long to get up and going. I understand not wanting to provide the eggs and hot foods for very long, but there's no reason they can't keep the pastries, pancake machine, drinks and cereals out longer for those who didn't need to get up as early? Also, the coffee in the room is not good at all - it isn't at most hotels though.

The people were very nice except for one guy who worked nights - but he was working nights, so I'm sure that wouldn't make very many people happy? The room was nice as well.

Pool was out of order. Water was leaving through ceiling right above the breakfast area. Floors were dirty in the rooms.

I didn't know this any smell when I first checked man but by the time I left, the carpet was reaching with some type of smell. It may have been because the rain but I don't understand where that smell came from.

The only issue was our room smelled musty. I didn’t complain but we did have to get an air freshener to help also the pool was j out maintained well. It was cloudy and green.

The location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy. The lady working the kitchen was so nice and welcoming. And worked very hard.

I didn’t like that above us the first night we had to contact the employee for what sounded like a party or a religious gathering in which they were screaming I’m not sure which but the manager did take care of it as soon as we complained and we were finally able to get some sleep. the second night was great

There was a lady who worked in the complimentary breakfast area named Mrs. Sharon, that was so kind and mindful of all who came to eat. She made our time there a wonderful experience! The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant!

That the room i booked wasn't available, they said they "upgraded" me but I don't feel it was an upgrade. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. I got a room with 2 queen beds. They said that Booking.com overbooked this type of room and they had no control over it. Had to have the refrigerator and phone replaced because they were both broken. It was very noisy due to the thin walls.

It was a reasonable distance from sites we wanted to visit They had a very good free breakfast.

this was not my first day at this location but unfortunately, at this time the bathroom had some issues the sink would not drain and the shower was not functioning the way it was meant to but after all of that I stay was OK

I should have contacted the front desk but I didn't. When I arrived and got to my room my toilet had urine and bowel stool in it. I could tell it had been there for days. The toilet wasn't clean at all. I should have contacted the front desk but I didn't. Everything else in the room was very clean. I will say if I went back and it was like that again I would definitely contact the front desk

Someone unlocked our room at 1am Friday night and when we told the staff they didn't know who it was. Our fridge also wasn't working and when we told them they said they would send someone but no one came.

The staff on Sunday was never around, the dining room was not clean,swept or mopped. The staff on Saturday was very nice and attentive. The young girl that was checking people out acted like she didn't care. I have already tried to reach the general manager about this.

The management or whomever is responsible for ordering hotel necessities, failed. my room had a king bed and a pull out sofa. I went to get bedding and pillows for the pull out sofa, as they weren’t in the room, and they didn’t have the correct size sheets and they were out of pillows. They ran out of plates at breakfast.
