We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthe traffic outside during the night was a bit louder than what we are use to. The younger girl at the front desk did not seem to want to be there, air pods in while we were at the desk and wasn't welcoming or friendly.
The breakfast was good, my kids loved the pancakes. The room was SUPER clean and that was all that is important for me. pillows and bed were very soft and comfy. Nice pool for the kids.

Also, I think you should advertise the fact that you have a salt water pool! It was a nice surprise. I appreciate that you can easily adjust the room temperature, and many other room features that were very handy when you have kids. Thanks for making our stay fun!

The name and outside design of gives you an impression of a more upscale romantic hotel. Unfortunately once inside it was obvious it was another hotel prior, they did little or no work in public areas/rooms to renovate. I was looking forward to my stay but I will not search this one out again. Plus Expedia added 30 bucks to the quoted and confirmed price. What? Not right.

United Stateswhen we arrived for check in, we were told they’d “overbooked” and we could no longer stay there, but could go “across the parking lot” and stay at the Comfort Inn for the two nights we’d reserved. and there was no pool at the Comfort Inn, but we could go across the lot (a good distance away—-in the dark!) and use their pool and go there for breakfast too.
