Floors in hallways always appeared dirty. Needed to request fresh towels. Room was small and did not have a table and chairs, so the room was used only for sleeping and showing etc.

Breakfast was good and we liked the location. Also enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the whirlpool.

Only requested our room to be cleaned once during our 6 night stay. Bedding was changed and beds were made but the floor didn’t get vacuumed and the bathroom sink, toilet and tub were still dirty ….

Nicely landscaped property. Lobby and dining area kept clean. Front desk staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful.

the staff and their comments n there judgements they were very rude I had surgery n needed a little more time to check out n they refused to do any late checkout n then threatened to call the cops n have the cops remove us when I just needed a little more time

the breakfast was outstanding but the staff were extremely rude n disrespectful standing over us watching n making comments n checking to see how much food we were taking n when going for 2nds they would make comments which made my family n I very uncomfortable

one of the main reasons we chose this property was for the pool and hot tub and unfortunately the hot tub was out of service for our stay and we weren’t notified until we went down to use it. there was also a large sports team group staying at the hotel and the pool was very dirty due to all the kids and not maintained when we went down to use it.

The pool was closed when we checked in Friday afternoon and didn't open until Saturday, then was closed again on Sunday morning so the kids couldn't swim again before we left.

Hot tub wasn't very hot, jets didn't work, and was soo full of floating hair balls( no joke) absolutely nasty. For no food allowed in the pool area there was a lot on the tables and ground. We reserved a room with a king bed but got one with 2 queens while a family that could have better fit our room had to wait at least an hour in the lobby for theirs to be ready. We would have gladly traded had we known.

The beds were comfy, room was nice and very clean.

the pool was closed and nobody informed us when we booked. we would have booked somewhere else for our kids as this was the whole reason we booked here. no apology either. disappointed for sure.

came for a gymnastics competition. no idea the pool would be shut down. a lot of money for a night, hoping team mates could use the pool together. Super disappointed, some sort of discount should have been given at check in when we spoke with the front desk about it. She was very nice, but we choose this hotel and paid the price for a reason and then couldn’t use the facility after all.

Upon arrival, the sheets on one of the beds in our room was covered in dog hairs/human hairs. The hotel did fix this when asked. The second day of our stay, no one cleaned our room-the maid came in and replaced our soap, but left all our garbage in the room and left us without any toilet paper-let alone bothering to make the beds.

The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient, but with lots of street/traffic noise at night.

Requested housekeeping and did not receive it one day. When I spoke to the girl at the registration desk after being gone all day about housekeeping, she did not seem to care. Breakfast ran out of a lot of food one day before 8:30am. No coffee.

Fridge in room was not operating correctly. It froze all my food. Food was not in the freezer portion of the fridge either. Breakfast was pulled and most of the buffet was empty prior to 9:30am cut off time.
