You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I stayed three consecutive nights at Holiday Inn and Suites, Liberal Kansas, Dakota Dunes SD, and Spencer Iowa. The location was noisy next to I-29 at Dakota Dunes, SD. Overall I had very comfortable stays in cleanly, friendly hotels.

United StatesI think that housekeeping staff should wait to get their breakfast until guests are finished. we watched the housekeeping staff get their breakfast while guest were getting theirs one guest had to wait for coffee due to staff filled their coffee. I don’t mind if they eat but they should wait until paying guests are finished eating. just stayed at another Holiday Inn and did not have this issue.

United StatesThe bathroom could use a bar designated for handsoap. There was lotion and a deodorant bar, but washing hands required getting some shower gel from the shower/tub. The curb didn't have many ramps, making luggage and trolly moving a bit of a hassle. Also a surprising lack of mats at the other exterior leading doors. The tiled floor looks modernly fancy, but become super slick when it's raining. The senior dog companion had difficulty keeping balance and traction until she hit carpet.
Loved that the location is both dog and cat friendly. No need to smuggle a cat in as a small dog with a weird cough. The room layout was very spacious and well lit. Toddler thought it was the perfect "dancing stage". Apologies to anyone below us. There were several levels of light adjustments that made moving around easier when everyone was still sleeping. Lots of spacious parking and a well lit parking lot.
