Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everyone I dealt with in the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. They really made my visit special. I was travelling by train through USA from Ireland.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillow. The decor was nice and the location was great for being in the downtown area. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was clean.

United StatesIf your room faces "O" street it is very noisy. Ask for room facing 10th, not as noisy
Basically all we had time to do was check in about 9 pm and check out about 7.30 am because we were attending graduation ceremony. But we have stayed here before and like the location. You can walk to any University of Nebraska event from here. Large room and bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. About half the price in December as for a football game weekend.

The property is modern and very comfortable. It’s a newer hotel and very bright and clean. The complementary breakfast is very nice.

GermanyThe breakfast was below average, and I would expect more for this kind of hotel. The valet parking is slightly odd because it does not work at night. One of my colleagues was promised a breakfast bag because of a super early departure, but in the lobby, the person just said: "Oh, sorry, I found the note but ...:" It is a brand new hotel, so there is still a little bit of room for improvement. The windows a not really sound-proof so it can become a little bit noisy during the night next to the street.
Very nice and clean hotel, with an excellent location. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice view. I did not use the gym and the pool, but both at least looked nice. The staff was super friendly.
