Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAt check in there was a line of customers. The desk staff would interrupt the check in when teenagers came up & wanted milk from the cooler. They need to prioritize & focus on the adult paying customers. It happened twice in 15 minutes.

United StatesThere was a strong smell of bleach in our room when we first checked in (although it had just been cleaned) which could have bothered a person with chemical sensitivities. Also the showerhead was in need of repair/maintenance and would not stay in an upright position (not good for a tall person)
The breakfast was excellent as usual and the staff appeared to work extremely well together and cared about the satisfaction of guests.

United Statesour bathroom still had a dirty towel hanging on door. The luggage carts also need replaced as framework on each cart was unstable. I’m sure they just wear out from use, but replacing them would offer a very positive impression on arriving guests.

United StatesThe Covid breakfast is getting old really fast. The same thing seems to be served at all Holiday Inn Express hotels. Other than having something available to put in a hungry tummy, the food is nothing special.
HIE hotels are always clean, with friendly staff. It's our go-to hotel when using IHG and not in a large city.

nice enough place, but loud bathroom fan that could not be turned off was irritating. As a retired couple, I found the appeal to young families a bit annoying. Good grief the morning cacophony in the halls was atrocious as well as the stomping above me. People seem to not control their children. When I was that parent I tried with mixed results, but I got a sense that the clientele didn’t give a darn.

My room was spacious and very clean. The included breakfast had a lot of choices. Room service was not included due to Covid but you can get extra towels from the front desk. It is located closer to Arches National Park than most of the hotels in Moab. Downtown Moab is a short 5 minute drive south. There is ample parking.
