United StatesThe room was musty smelling. The air conditioner worked but it just smelled damp. We had three people in the room but only two towels and two wash clothes. The bathroom light/fan only worked together and the fan was very loud. The toilet was loud also, sounded like a machine when it was filling.

United StatesThe hooks to hang towels and things in the bathroom was broken off in our room. Also the ax could have been a little colder but I’m a naturally warm person so that could have been me. Hopefully the very few small things will be fixed in the renovations! Overall nothing awful to say!
Great hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet. There was a strange smell when we first checked in but that was gone by the time we got back for the night. The staff was amazing (especially the gentleman who checked us in but I didn’t grab his name). Breakfast was basic and the same all three days but it was good and there are no complaints. The hotel is getting renovated but we didn’t experience any excess noise or construction issues at all! It’s about 25-30 minutes to petit Jean state park so a little far but not a bad drive at all. There is a Walmart about two minutes away and a variety of restaurants and fast food near by. Downtown morrilton is about 5-10 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here.

United StatesThe chairs in the breakfast area are awful. The vinyl is peeling off the seats..you need to have someone from your corporate office eat there. I hated sitting in those awful chairs! Your breakfast room needs to be updated....at least new chairs. The breakfast did not have good options. I don't eat pork and your options were eggs, sausage and white gravy with sausage in it and potatoes with no flavor. Bagels and waffles would have been a option but you don't serve those. You should have someone from your corporate office eat there and then go eat at a Hampton Inn and get ideas on how they do their breakfast. More options... Morrilton AK only has a few options for a hotel...just wish the Holiday Inn was more up to date .. I've stayed in nice Holiday Inns before...it was sad to see this one was mediocre. I'm a Hampton Inn member and I'm also a Holiday Inn member. Sure would like to see new chairs and a better breakfast there next time I visit my 94 year old Aunt Rachel.... Also heard the other hotel's in Morrilton are worse...so guess your better than "worse" Goodluck with corporate!

United StatesOur stay was very pleasant. We didn't find anything we didn't like. If I had to have a critique, I would ask to have enough towels for my family put in the room ahead of time, so we didn't have to ask for more. Other than that, everything was great!
Breakfast was very satisfying. It consisted of our choice of scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mini-muffins, and three different types of cereal. Also available were bananas, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, and coffee. Adults and children alike will both find plenty to eat for breakfast!

United StatesWe had no hand soap, the remote control didn't work until we put our own batteries in it, the desk chair should be thrown out, there was no hot water the first morning, but was better the next day, the power went our for several hours, but not their fault. The view of the tire store was not pleasant, but no biggy. Things were messy because they are doing renovation. Will be nice when they finish.
