I had requested check in at 9am got there and the room was not ready. Got an email saying from 10-11 am that it will be ready. Then staff said check in is at 3pm and that they had no rooms available. So I got there at 3:20 pm and rooms were still not ready and to come back in 20-30 minutes

Floors were not vacuumed in hallways and rooms. Someone came into our room at 1:00AM and said she thought we had checked out. It woke up everyone.

Arrived late after a 14 hour drive to see our room didn’t match up. We had 2 queens & no sofa for 6 people. All we were given was a blanket to sleep on the floor. Room had areas that were being fixed & left undone. Went down for breakfast @8:15 & there was barely any warm food. Breakfast was “supposed” to be til 9 but by 8:30 when they had more food, it was quickly gone because there were a lot of other guests waiting too.

Breakfast was dismal, seemed like there was one person running the show… while two people sat at the front desk and stared at everyone else. Everything was running low… and no forks were available until we asked.

The staff was overwhelmed. We showed up over an hour past check in time, and our room wasn’t ready. Had to wait around in the lobby until they sorted it out.

Breakfast was not a good experience. We got there around 8 and there was hardly any food prepared. When we asked for eggs it came with hair in it. Disgusting!!!! The store was empty!

Beds were horrible! We just completed a two week trip out west and stayed in hotels from $95.00 per night to $250.00 a night. The beds here are worse than the much cheaper Days Inn we stayed in. And I say beds because we have two queens and they are both sunken in the middle and very uncomfortable.

Location was convenient. Room was good size. Room seemed to be cleaned pretty well.

Someone checked in before us with the same last name. They put them in our room and when we arrived they made the couple change rooms and made us take that room that they had already been in. I wanted to be put in another room but they said they could not do that. They did not offer a discount or anything.

Floors were absolutely filthy. Handwritten signs regarding testing of fire alarms were posted at elevators, it was 11pm. Really? You plan on testing fire alarms while your clients are trying to sleep? At$150+ i hope to, oh, I don't know, maybe SLEEP! Test it during the day and take down the stupid paper signs! TV remote had defunct batteries Desk clerk shuffled thru drawer, removed batteries from other device and basically said good luck! Bedding was questionable.... stains and looked slept on, but we were too stinking tired to complain.

Didn't do the breakfast. Cleanliness of room made me question food.

The room appeared clean then we found change and discarded deodorant under the bed. The cleaning service threw out our travel sized toothpaste. 1/3 days our room was not cleaned - we arrived back about 10:00 at night and found the beds unmade and we were out of toilet paper.

The room was very quiet and the breakfast was very varied.

First room we got was a disaster with garbage everywhere, beds not made, half drank coffee on counter, hair in sink and bathtub and a/c/heater taken apart and in the middle of the room. Second room was better but had no body wash and hand soap in provided bottles. Towels were not changed and beds were not made after first night. When asked for fresh towels was told they were in the dryer!!! What??!!! Breakfast had limited options. Pool was cold. No hot tub. Lady who worked at night at check in has no idea what she's doing and not very helpful or customer service oriented, she's the one who said towels were in the dryer. We did get some marketplace coupons for drinks and snacks for room inconvenience from another hotel worker but were told by the night lady she could not adjust our room rate because we used third party booking site...what a pathetic excuse.

As you read this keep in mind this place is NEW, as some of it could be excusable if it was 25 years old. Couldn't check in until after 4 pm. Bathroom in lobby looked worse than most gas station bathrooms do. Rooms were not cleaned in a timely manner. Inside pool was freezing for my granddaughters. When things ran out at breakfast they just ran out, never replaced, so many people were stuck eating fruit and cold cereal until the pitcher of milk was empty. pancake maker was broken. They didn't keep up with the coffee in the lounge and looked super put off by having to make more. The manager had no personal skills and quickly got frustrated enough to put us in a room with no working a/c and the bathroom sink fixtures for water could literally be pulled out of sink. The elevators were scary and needed maintenance. They told us we could check out late due to not being able to check anywhere near the check in time, yet they cancelled our key card right at 11. The worst part of all is..... No one who works here cares about anything. I couldn't find one person in 3 days who even acted like they enjoyed working here and boy does it show. This place is all about money, not community or customer service or pride in job/work place. I had surgery a week before our stay, in my 50s, raising grandbabies on my own and we had horrific storms which blew the power out for 5 days. We had no water or electricity. Girls are 8 and 9 and had been so good helping and not complaining about anything so felt with all my heart they deserved to have a night or two in a hotel with an indoor pool to swim in. It was cold and there was hair and food on the floor and tables, not a normal day of hair and food, like a month of it.s School was called off, tens of thousands with no electricity and everyone just stressed and tired.

Breakfast was minimal compared to other Holiday inn hotels. We were there 3 nights and wanted our room cleaned after 2nd night. Service was not rendered even though we were gone from 8 until 3pm. We were told they could not clean our room while we occupied it when we called to inquire at 3:15p. Very disappointing.
