The shower spout in our room was loose so didn't have the greatest water pressure for showering otherwise everything else was fine.

The pool was warm and comfortable for swimming. Staff were pleasant, clean room.

The chlorine level in the pool was high. We couldn't swim very long because it was too much. Pool was small, there were a lot of kids that were without supervision. They were extremely loud and it echoed in that small area.

There was a good variety of food at breakfast. The dining area was nice and clean. We were traveling for ball and it was nice to have paper products for our evening meal available. We will stay here again if in the area.

The shower head in our room leaked. It was also one that could be hand held and so it was a little awkward to leave on the wall and shower with---it sprayed straight out. I forgot to let them know about the leaking before I left---room 210. Also, just a personal preference, but didn't like the feather pillows....allergies!

The property was very clean and new, so that was great! The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly!

There was a shortage of towels during the evening. Not a deal breaker, but just a mild inconvenience.

Parking was an issue. I got back rather late after a concert and there were NO parking spots left as several large pickups with trailers had taken up multiple parking spots. I ended up parking under the canopy by the front door as I didn't want to park on the street. I did notify the front desk to make them aware of the situation. The lady I spoke with was quite nice and understood my situation and thanked me for letting her know how I resolved my issue and assured me it wasn't a problem where I parked. The other draw back was THERE IS NO LATE NIGHT RESTAURANTS! After going to the concert I wanted something to eat, figured there'd be at least a McDonald's or something open at 11:30pm. Nope, not even a gas station or Kwik Shop open! Had to drive 20 min one way to find a QT that was open. So either eat BEFORE you go to an event or take food with you to have in your room!

The Hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean!! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety. But be sure your there before it ends as they shut it up ON the DOT!! If I'm ever in Olathe again, I will most likely stay here.

The shower safety bar is not in a practical location. It should be inside the tub. I am 79 years old and did not feel safe taking a shower.
