We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator call button was broken so we had to take steps to get down. Minor inconvenience, but for older adults with multiple bags this was a problem.

There is a hot tub advertised within the pictures of this hotel, and this was a good reason me and my partner choose this place due to the pool and the hot tub. When arrived, we looked, and there was not a hot tub. It looked as if the hotel filled over the space with concrete where the hot tub used to be. Please update your pictures, as to not mislead anyone.

I really enjoyed the big selection of the breakfast items, and the coffee. I liked the comfortable king sized bed, provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner within the shower, and all of the extra storage space and comfy chair in the room.

The photos showed that there was a spa/jacuzzi but when we arrived it was filled with concrete and there was only the pool. Pretty bummed about that I’ve uploaded a photo of where the spa was supposed to be (red arrow).

The hotel was located right in the middle of anything you wanted to do. Upon arrival the staff had all been very friendly and answered any questions knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed.

A notification the pool wasn't working - we picked where to stop in our trip based on having a pool..... and then it was down. That put a shadow on the whole experience.

Breakfast was ok to good. It wasn't the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, but it had enough options. It did Not have enough seating. The room was excellent, clean, all the good things, the staff was excellent as well

Clean, good size room, staff friendly and easy to reach from expressway. The lady serving breakfast was extremely kind and went out of her way to remove used dishes.

The pool was closed and that was one of the main attractions for us.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean, not too many complications. And the breakfast was amazing as well as the breakfast attendees!

Pool was unusable. Keep towels and wash clothes replenished morning and night.

My girlfriend and sister loved the breakfast. We didn’t get the exact room we booked but it was still okay with size and comfort. Need vent fan in bathroom. Was looking forward to using the pool. The pool was being serviced at that time. That was a downer. Receptionist was excellent. Very friendly and kind lady. Out of all hotels in Ripley this is the best hotel to stay. We’ll be back. Thank you.

This was our second time staying there. Both times the pool wasn't able to be used and now the hot tub isn't there. That was the main reason we stayed there. The price is a little on the high side. We like to stay in Ripley because our family is there, but I could go twenty minutes up to Mineral Wells and it is $40 less per night. The pool and hot tub are advertised features and now the hot tub is gone. We may have chosen another hotel had we known the pool was out of order.

The location is great for being close to our family. The staff was nice and the rooms were nice, but not anything special. My husband said they breakfast was okay.

The pool was closed. Our boys were in town for a wrestling camp and really wanted to use the pool. It was disappointing we could not use it.

the right side of the bed was slightly vibrating because of some sort of mechanical in the basement below. I had to sleep on the left side of the bed. also, the pool was closed.
