We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was a little warm for our comfort when we arrived. It was not bad and was easily fixed overall our stay was pleasant.
Check in was a very easy process after 11:00 PM. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Chris at the front desk did a great job of helping me find a replacement battery for my insulin pump when it unexpectedly went low. Overall a very nice place to stay hope to visit again.

United StatesWe would have liked more caffeinated coffee pods for the Keurig machine in our room.
Balcony from the back exit of the room had a table and chairs. Nice view of the river. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds and linens. Wide variety of breakfast choices. Easy, fast check-in and check-out process. Nice to have a microwave in the room and a larger-than-average refrigerator. Pool, exercise room and guest laundry facilities were a definite plus.

United StatesWe prefer bathroom facilities with the sink/vanity and toilet/shower separate. Not only were they together, the bathroom was cramped.
We chose this hotel because of its location along the Rock River. We requested and were lucky enough to have a river view, complete with a balcony; and it was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy it. (Did I mention the balcony was screened to keep the bugs out!) It was short, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was nice and brand new it seemed i was in town for a wedding! I got a double queen bed room which came with a balcony on the river which I wasn't expecting nor did I pay extra for,which was a nice feature. The free breakfast buffet was nice lots of good options they even had almond milk! Overall great for an overnight stay!

Such a great location. Was the newest property in the area and that is why we stayed there. From check-in to check-out the staff was so friendly and helpful. They explained the property to me and got me some plates and utensils when the delivery had forgotten.

United StatesThe buffet had rubbery egg omelets. When I got there on Monday after 9:00 most of the warm food was gone. They only provided scrambled eggs on Monday. The dead bugs on the tables outside need cleaned off more often.
Location was convenient to Sterling. The walk to the dam was fun. The bars/restaurant were convenient for walking. On Monday we enjoyed the free drinks and snacks from 5:00 - 7:00 and talked to another guest.
