The ac in our room wasn’t working correctly if would not cook the room off at all

not really sure what’s going on at this property but some of the employees look like they live there with their family. very sketchy! road construction also made it a nightmare to get to.

Pool was not open, flies where terrible when you are trying to eat. I think some of the staff live there, kids were on the patio with tons of adults. Couple of the men out there would come in and out and refill breakfast items. They were smoking and not washing their hands before touching food. Also smelled of pot.

i have been staying at this hotel for 4 years now several times a year because the location is so convenient but the managment of this hotel is terrible. employees are always outside smoking weed.

sheet had a huge stain, ice bucket had water in it leftover from previous people, no coffee for coffee maker, too expensive, key did not work on first room had to go back to desk for another room.

The weed smell (on staff, too) the unprofessional staff, the fact we didn’t get our room refreshed for two days and had to ask 3x for more towels. There was a problem checking in bc the system was down. The manager was very frustrated with corporate which was understandable but she was yelling at them on the phone in front of people trying to check in. Slammed down the phone and said she was done. They had no way of knowing what rooms were available, etc. We left and came back later and could check in but I could never get a receipt bc they couldn’t print anything. The housekeepers spent ALL day on our floor cleaning a few rooms…. it smelled like weed when you’d walk by, there would be loud music and the door part way open. The cart was outside so one times I just took my own towels bc they never cleaned our room. We watched and it took them over two hours to do one room….. not sure what was going on. By the number of cars in the lot at night, it didn’t seem full for sure. Staff was unprofessional and dressed unprofessional. Common areas were not clean. The elevator looked liked someone had licked the doors. It was gross. Didn’t eat any breakfast bc of how everyone looked and behaved. Staff was constantly outside the front doors smoking.

The pancake machine. What happen to the old school waffle machine that wasn't a headache to the staff or the customer? Yes it made great pancakes but gee that machine is a sensitive flower with a mind of its own. The batter bag exploded and leaked everywhere. I felt bad that a new bag went to waste Im sure those are not cheap. If people are that stupid to get burned from the old school waffle machines then they deserved to learn that lesson.

location was perfect since it was by several places to eat within walking distance. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. Best place Ive stayed in a long time.

We did get a non smoking room, but when we walked out of the elevator the smell of smoke was unbearable. Our room was smoke free but could still smell the cigarette smoke. We were able to check in early - and we like our room on the cold side. We turned down the AC as far as it would go and left. When we returned later in the evening, it was not cold. The volume on the TV at it's loudest point - we couldn't barely hear over the AC running. The loudest it go was maybe a 5 on my home tv
