Light sleepers should request rooms that do not face 29 Palms main street (forgetting exact name). Very few restaurant options in an area that actually seemed busier than I expected- I ended up waiting over an hour at a local Thai restaurant before food was served by overworked and under resourced restaurant staff.

Very accommodating evening desk clerk. He quickly switched my room across the hall when there was a bit of a room issue. The next day after the issue in my original room was corrected, I was able to move back to original (quieter) room after spending the day in the park. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff cheerful and helpful. Proximity to JTNP and visitor center excellent. The king suite room type is surprising large! Many electrical outlets and USB ports in room!

It would have been a 10 out of 10 if breakfast included some cooked greens.

We booked a room with two beds but none was available upon arrival.

They offered a suite with a king bed which was quite spacious and comfortable.

The location right in front the North gate of Josua Tree NP was perfect for us The hotel is more or less brand new. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and quiet and the breakfast very good. We tried as well the gym and we liked it. Unfortunately the pool and the jacuzzi were closed

Expensive, especially for off-peak season. No soap or hand towels in lobby restrooms. Not many restaurant options on a Tuesday night in 29 palms.

Everything. I have never been disappointed with Holiday Inn. The places are always clean, and provide everything one could need. There is always a nice breakfast included (or almost always) and the employees are always profession and friendly. That is why I always try to book a Holiday Inn hotel whenever and wherever I can.

The ac was a bit loud which could be a problem if you are can’t sleep easily.

The location is great if you are planning to go to Joshua national park. They are some restaurants near and the breakfasts is quite good.

There were some marks around the sink which suggest that the cleaning wasn't as thorough. Other than that, the rest of the room is very clean. I was also a little disappointed that the swimming pool does not look like anything that is shown in their photos. It also looks like no one has been in the pool in a long time.

Room is big and relatively clean. It is also very close to one of the entrances to Joshua Tree. Ample parking lots right outside the hotel. There is free breakfast although the choices are not the best. They offer free coffee/tea in the lobby so that's a really nice touch. There is a gym although I did not manage to check it out.

The jacuzzi was out. I'd gotten a room for friends back in May, and the Jacuzzi was also out. I seems it's a recurring problem, or it's been out a long time.

This place was very clean. The AC worked. It was pretty. The breakfast was really good with real food. We were escaping a desert power outage. It felt like we were living the life of luxury. There was even a worker at breakfast singing like a disney princess. My child was amazed.

The cleanliness can be improved. Eg. Remains of half eaten toast lying on the floor of the elevator. Rooms were also not cleaned - we stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned/serviced.

Ironing board cover old and tatty. Room right next to noisy lift - asked to swap but hotel was full. Receptionist had no idea where nearest Tesla supercharger points were - we found them 5 minutes away!

The breakfast was the only weak point - little bit more selection would be great. Also more than only apples…

The location is perfect, so close to the NP. The employees where very friendly and the checkin/out was sooo simple. We had the „Executive Suite“ which was awesome - way better and higher quality than the 400$ hotel in LA!!
