I wish the swimming pool area was more appealing. It didn’t look like the pool was scrubbed or the water wasn’t sparkling. The outdoor furniture didn’t look inviting enough for me to go swimming.

Our room was not very clean. But the service we received let us see past it, and we took care of the cleaning ourselves.

Only decaf coffee provided in room, carpets feel icky.

Breakfast was decent, staff at breakfast area clearly works hard to keep things as fresh and full as possible (didn’t catch her name, was working breakfast refills Sat 4/27 at 9am. Liked there was a baby chair available!

The interiors of the facility are a bit outdated, for instance the room lightining switches and the air conditioning. The facility is a bit far from Temecula city center, and you need a cab/uber to reach it. I wish the hotel staff was knowledgeable about the services available in Temecula, for instance bike rentals and/or public transport means to reach the wineries district.

The room was very spacious a comfortable with two large king size beds, the staff was nice although not so much knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast included was simple yet good and all you can eat.

There was a circle of rust around the drain in the shower, which is disappointing as I've stayed at several Holiday Inn Expresses and this was the first that disappointed me cleanliness wise. Also I missed the signature wooden fixtures all the others I've stayed at had that made it very convenient to store things.

I liked the size of the room it met my needs. When I got the air conditioner working it cooled the room down well. The size of the bed was great and the pillows were very comfy. The view wasn't bad at all.

My only complaint was the traffic noise. It's next to a freeway, and the nonstop car sounds, and especially motorcycles, made it hard to sleep. I know it can't be helped that it's next to a freeway but it really was a bummer. And I'm hard of hearing and still hard trouble staying asleep.

the room was clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but definitely decent. Plenty of room to hang your clothes and put things away, and a nice desk. The breakfast was fresh, with hot items too, and was always restocked. Definitely filling and satisfying.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a lot of noise. I thought it was going to explode. I asked for a blow dryer, and the front desk said it would be right up. 45 minutes later, it still wasn't out there. I asked one of the cleaning staff on my floor and she gave me one. There were no workout facilities. I didn't look for that online, I just assumed, so that's on me. The air conditioning was very loud. The towels were very rough, old? No bar? No Restaurant. Again, o me, I assumed. You have helped me realize what amenities I need to look for, thanks.

The facility was located near Old Town Temecula, which is where we wanted to be. The room was clean. The cleaning staff was great. The breakfast was ok for being included.
