Unfortunately, they were painting the hotel, sometimes noisybut not too bad. And some issues came up with our AC unit reading Error. But the maintenance crew was able to resolve issue.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. They were extremely attentive to my families needs during out stay. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pancake machine. The choices were perfect.

No fault of the employees or building, but there was a party on the main floor and the DJ was not cognitive or considerant of the people in the hotel. They were playing the music extremely loud that it distorted the music and vibrated the windows and floor. Thus making it unbearable that I could not fall asleep.

The breakfast selections could have been better with my dietary restrictions there was not a whole lot to choose from so I chose the eggs they were not good at all, it would be nice in the future if you would provide gluten-free and dairy-free selections I'm sure there are plenty of people that have to eat like that as well.

The beds were comfortable and the pool was great loved the temperature it was not freezing cold. Also the front desk staff was very nice.

That the rules for night time pool hours were 10pm and when we would try to go swimming at 830 pm our cards to go in would not work and front desk personnel didn't want to help us so they would tell us if our card didn't work it's cuz it's closed at that time! But we found a maintenance man that was walking around and with his card he was able to open gate for us! I did just rent a weekend for kids to have somewhere to swim! And it wasn't cheap!

We couldn't see nothing other than a roof out of our room.

check in took over 1 hour, despite having prepaid for our rooms and reserving them many weeks in advance. it was the night before Thanksgiving and we’re exhausted after a long ride and even longer day. Although it eventually was sorted out, we felt the manager should have had the authority to say “Looks like there’s an issue. Let’s get you into your rooms right away, and we can figure it out in the morning”. This was not a good way to start a 3-night stay; otherwise I would give our stay 10 stars.

Darius the hotel clerk was extremely helpful and professional. He gave recommendations on places to get food. And asked a couple times how everything was. He's definitely a keeper!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rooms seem old and worn. I don’t care for the communal pumped bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower. Would rather have individual personal bottles.

The bath tub is in poor condition. It is looking pretty worn out in just about every respect. She wasnt comfortable bathing in a tub in that condition.

The location is convenient but the loud noise from the freeway was overbearingly loud! The curtains also did not cover the whole window. there was an awkward slit in the middle, so when we wanted the room to be dark while watching movies there was annoying backlight. The staff were not in the front to greet guests/be there most times. we had to ring the bell.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The check in process was very smooth and easy.
