An interior remodeling was in progress during our stay. Our room had not been remodeled. The wallpaper was loose in the corners. The handicap shower did not contain the water and the floor became flooded.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was large.

The pool area could use more towels but is a normal problem so no big deal. The hotel is getting redone and you can see they haven't gotten to all room but again is totally normal it will look great when done.

I like the way the staff was and the location. The price was very fair. Breakfast was hot and good. Pool area was clean.

Everything was bare bones. No lotion like other Holiday Inns that carry that line. Outlets were okay but limited. Facility outside was under construction but fine. I would go again if I had to. But if I do, I will shop around to consider all my options.

Everything was just okay. Likely the cleanliness of the rooms. There was a bath fan in the bathroom which is not a given any longer in hotels.

I was told that there was a $50 room deposit that would drop off at checkout but according to my bank account, it hasn't. I am going to have to call and complain.

Nice and quiet, clean. Staff very helpful with suggestions of places to go to see trains and easy directions.

The facility look is a little tired and dated, with worn looking carpet in the 3rd floor hallway, kinda noisy ride in the elevator especially for those of us who haven't yet enjoyed our first cup of morning coffee, and no USB plug for electronic device charging in the room, so be sure to pack your old charger.

Drapes were too long to close over heating unit Light in the corner of the room did not work at all. Told the front desk clerk about it and all she could say Sorry. Nothing about solving the problem like changing out the light.

we were on the first floor and the carpets looked definitely worn in some places. took a bath and felt like I should have wiped the tub before I did so bc it didn’t feel super clean.

I didn’t like booking our room through booking.com as our plans changed and we could only stay one night but had to pay for 2. Had we booked directly with the hotel we would’ve been able to cancel Saturday night and not have to pay.

The Rooms weren't ready at 3pm on Friday (waited about 50 min) and was late to the wedding rehearsal.

The hot tub did not work at all and the pool was not heated. The railing to the stairs on the pool was broken and there were no towels for patrons to dry off with. One of the rooms had a bad TV, lines running through it. We had purchased 2 rooms for our children who had come in from out of town for a city event. We are Diamond Members and have some expectations. After a long day of walking, we were all looking forward to the hot tub and pool. Both were out of commission and it was to late to find a new hotel when they checked in (7 pm).

The breakfast was good and family friendly. Rooms were nice and clean.

The front desk receptionist asked for my credit card for my file, as I expected for any possible damages. But then told me afterward that there was a $50 deposit. I understand a deposit but I would have liked to know that she was swiping my card for $50 before she did it. Secondly she insisted I had two bookings for two rooms, when in fact I had one booking for one room. I showed her my booking app and then she agreed it was a mistake on the hotels end. Aside from that mishap, the breakfast was not very good.

The pool area was great for kids who needed time to play after a busy weekend. The room size was good and the fridge kept our drinks and food very cold.

Asked for wake up at 6.45, got the call at 2.15. Way too early. Only one elevator was working causing packed elevators during rush. Entrance to hotel is hidden and easy to miss.

the pool was OVERLY chlorinated, all of the children ended up with severely red eyes, and nausea/vomiting!- the breakfast was poorly stocked and nothing was hot!- I’m not sure if they weren’t expecting their guests to eat but we had to wait about an hour (730-830) for simple eggs and sausage- we ended up leaving and getting breakfast elsewhere.

The shower did not wok well. The window curtain had a large stain on the bottom and the hem was tore as if it had been caught in the window & rained on. The mattress had a stain on the side as if someone had vomited and not cleaned properly.

I was pleasantly surprised. Food was good nice variety!
