How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Due to a late afternoon international flight, the very kind receptionist gave me until 1 pm to check out but the lady knocked at my door at 11 am not knowing anything, because apparently she did not check with the reception. The room was clean ONLY at first sight. The pillows, comforter and sheets are no cotton, and they were wrinkled and smelled of sebum and sweat from the previous people who slept in them, as sign that they are not washed and disinfected. They could as well carry community MRSA for how they smelled. The carpets are old and dirty.
The salmon I had at the restaurant was tender and juicy and so were the onion rings. Best food I had in a hotel over the past 10 years. Receptinists and shuttle driver are kind and nice.

Mattress protector was very stained, could easily have been rectified with a room cleaning inspection.
Breakfast was good, free breakfast voucher given on arrival. Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect, excellent driver.

Overall it was great, a little bit of hallway noise in the room.
Reasonably priced option near the airport. Room was big and very comfy, great place to get some sleep after my long flight. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning too.

I wish they offered breakfast earlier. A 7am opening doesn't work when you have a 5am shuttle to take.
It was very clean! Comfortable beds, abundant hot water to shower, good food at the restaurant downstairs. Quiet.

The shuttle bus runs from 5 am to 10 pm. Our flight arrived later than that so we have to take Uber for $20. Otherwise the location and room were reasonable for the price.

The beds are very high and it is difficult for shorter people and people with slighter mobility issues to actually get into bed.
The location is excellent, quiet and the restaurant is pretty decent.

It's a typical airport hotel. A little bland but that's what I would expect.
Good location for airport. Large, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good and the food at the evening restaurant is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is an unheated swimming pool.

Generally I would really like being able to open the windows, but a lot of hotels are like that. The only thing I would think could be improved is the cleanliness of the windows - we couldn’t look through at all, which was weird, as we couldn’t even tell whether it was sunny or not. Plus more creamer/milk for the otherwise really nice coffee maker would be great.
As we stayed in another (admittedly much cheaper) hotel on our way in, we didn’t expect much. So we were even happier with this hotel. Super comfy beds, everything looked nice and clean, it wasn’t noisy at all. The staff was really friendly an helpful, we could check out an hour later and could use the shuttle to and from the hotel. Also breakfast a good was included. Much better than the one we had in the other hotel. Lots of choices. Our little one would have loved to use the pool, but it was a little cold and we arrived in the evening. Still it’s good to have it during the day I guess and it looked inviting.

Bathroom needs renovations. There was a small chip in the wall, which chipped the paint
Reception was very nice. Shuttle Service a big plus. I had gotten a free breakfast sure to my booking method and I was pretty happy with it.

After our 24+ hours flights, we wanted to rest a night at your hotel before we continue our 3+ hours drive to our home. My husband has mobility issues so we booked a mobility accessible room. However our room #430 has a bathroom with a tub & it was impossible to give him a shower. I requested for a shower chair/stool but was denied. My husband had to spend the night without a warm shower & was unable to rest well.
It was close to the airport.
